Çalışmada, Antalya ili Alanya ilçesindeki 35 derneğin yöneticileri üzerinde yapılan bir araştırma ile toplumsal kültür boyutlarının sosyal girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, toplumsal kültür boyutlarının sosyal girişimcilik yapısını nasıl etkilediğini belirlemektir. Araştırmada, 87 katılımcı üzerinden anket tekniği kullanılmış ve elde edilen veriler demografik değişkenler, eğitim durumu, yaş ve görevleri açısından analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma, KEKK yol analizi ve Smart PLS programı kullanılarak toplumsal kültür boyutları ile sosyal girişimcilik boyutları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktadır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, katılımcıların çoğunluğu erkek ve yaş grupları, eğitim düzeyleri ile görevleri çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Güç mesafesi, algılanan sosyal desteği olumsuz etkiler-belirsizlikten kaçınma, toplumsal ahlaki sorumluluğu olumlu etkiler- uzun erimlilik, toplumsal ahlaki sorumluluğu olumlu etkiler-uzun erimlilik, algılanan sosyal desteği olumlu etkiler-erillik, toplumsal ahlaki sorumluluğu olumlu etkiler hipotezleri desteklenen hipotezlerdir. Toplumsal kültür boyutlarından güç mesafesinin, sosyal girişimcilik boyutlarından algılanan sosyal desteği negatif yönde etkilediği sonucu çıkmıştır. Belirsizlikten kaçınmanın toplumsal ahlaki sorumluluğu etkilediği ve uzun erimliğin sosyal girişimcilik boyutlarını olumlu etkilediği bulgular arasında yer almaktadır. Erillik kavramının toplumsal ahlaki sorumluluğu pozitif yönde etkilediği ifade edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, toplumsal kültür boyutlarının sosyal girişimciliği olumlu ve olumsuz yönde etkilediği, aynı zamanda farklı boyutların bir arada etkileşimde bulunduğu ve bu etkileşimlerin çoğunlukla olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, güç mesafesi, belirsizlikten kaçınma, uzun erimlik ve erillik gibi toplumsal kültür boyutlarının sosyal girişimcilik üzerindeki etkilerini detaylı bir şekilde açıklamaktadır.
The study examines the impact of cultural dimensions on social entrepreneurship through research conducted on the managers of 35 associations in the Alanya district of Antalya province. The aim of the study is to determine how cultural dimensions affect the structure of social entrepreneurship. Survey techniques were employed with 87 participants, and the data obtained were analyzed in terms of demographic variables, education level, age, and roles. Using the KEKK path analysis and Smart PLS program, the study reveals the relationship between cultural dimensions and social entrepreneurship dimensions. According to the analysis results, the majority of participants are male, and there is diversity in age groups, education levels, and roles. Power distance negatively affects perceived social support; uncertainty avoidance positively affects social moral responsibility in the long term; long-term orientation positively affects social moral responsibility; masculinity positively affects perceived social support. These hypotheses are supported hypotheses.The study concludes that the dimension of power distance from cultural dimensions negatively affects perceived social support in social entrepreneurship dimensions. Findings also indicate that uncertainty avoidance influences societal moral responsibility, and long-term orientation positively impacts social entrepreneurship dimensions. The concept of masculinity is expressed to positively influence societal moral responsibility. In summary, the results indicate that cultural dimensions both positively and negatively affect social entrepreneurship, and different dimensions interact, predominantly with positive effects. The analysis provides detailed insights into the effects of cultural dimensions such as power distance, uncertainty avoidance, long-term orientation, and masculinity on social entrepreneurship.
