Çalışmamızda, egzersiz öncesi ve sonrasında alınan venöz kan örneklerinde yapacağımız ölçümler ile maksimal bir anaerobik yüklenmeye bağlı olarak NO üretiminde kantitatif bir artışın olup olmadığını, şayet artış var ise bunun egzersiz esnasında mı yoksa egzersizden sonra mı gerçekleştiğini, ayrıca NO üretimi ile kan basıncı, kalp atım hızı (KAH), femoral arter kan akımı ve damar direnci arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmayı amaçladık. Araştırmamıza denek olarak, ortalama antrenman yaşları 6 yıl olan 12 erkek hentbol takım sporcusu katıldı. Anaerobik yüklenme için Wingate testi yapıldı. Test esnasında 75gr/vücut ağırlığı yük uygulandı. Deneklerden, test öncesi alınan tüm ölçümler, test sonrası birinci dakikada ve test sonrası on beşinci dakikada tekrarlandı. Kan örnekleri antekübital bölgeden üç girişim ile elde edildi. Femoral arter kan akım hızı ve damar direnci, ATL-HDI 1500 Doppler ultrasonoography ile ölçüldü. Kalp atım hızı digital nabız ölçer (Polar) ile sol koldan alındı. Sonuç olarak; Wingate testi esnasında NO üretiminin bazal değerine göre %9 oranında arttığını, egzersiz bitiminden on beş dakika sonra bu artışın dinlenme düzeyine göre %180 oranında gerçekleştiğini bulduk (p<0.001). Bulgularımız, NO'in egzersiz hiperemisine olan katkısından ziyade, egzersiz sonrası vazodilasyona olan katkısını ileri süren, literatür bulgularını destekler görülmektedir. In this study, our aim was to investigate, in the first place, whether there was any increase in NO production as a result of maximal exercise loading, which would be indicated by our venous blood measurements during and after the exercise, and if so, to determine whether this took place during or after the exercise. In addition, investigation of relations between NO production and blood pressure, heart rate (HR), femoral arterial blood flow and venous pressure was another matter of interest in the study. The subjects in our study consisted of 12 handball players whose average of training age was 6 years. Wingate test was performed for Anaerobic loading. A load of 75 gr/body weight was applied during the test. All measurements taken from the subjects were repeated at the 1st and 15th minutes after the test. Blood samples were obtained from antecubital region with three interventions. Femoral artery blood flow rate and venous pressure were measured using an ATL-HDI 1500 Doppler Ultasonograph. Heart rate was taken from the left arm using a digital pulse meter (Polar). Results of Wingate tests indicated that NO level elevated by 9% at the 1st minute and by 180% at the 15th minute after the loading as compared to the initial level of the loading, and the rate of increase at 15th minute was 156% higher than the level observed at 1st minute (p<0.01). This present study shows that NO production increases after a maximal aneorobic loading, and that this increase progressively develops at the rest period after the loading. Therefore, our results seem to support the view that exercise hyperemia caused by elevated NO levels has an important support in the vasodilation after the exercise.
