Bu tez çalışmasında Isparta'daki Zehra Ulusoy Onkoloji Merkezi kanser kayıt sistemini ve kayıtlı hastaların epidemiyolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma; tanımlayıcı tipte bir araştırma olup, Sistematik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. ZUOM kanser kayıtları incelenmiş, kayıtlı hastaların epidemiyolojik özelliklerini irdelemek için anket formu düzenlenmiş ve seçilen hastalara telefonla aranarak cevap alma yöntemiyle sorular yöneltilip cevaplar kayıt edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucumuza göre ZUOM kanser kayıtlarındaki eksiklikler tespit edilmiş, düzenli kanser kayıt sisteminin getirdiği ve getireceği artılar belirlenmiştir. In this thesis in Isparta Oncology Center of cancer registration system and registered Zehra Ulusoy epidemiological characteristics of patients were examined. Research; descriptive type of research is done by systematic sampling method was used. ZUOM cancer records were examined, registered patients for epidemiological questionnaire designed to explore the features and the selected method for patients receiving a phone call to answer the questions be directed responses were recorded.
