Tütün ürünleri tüm dünyada önlenebilen en önemli ölüm ve hastalık nedenidir. Doktorlar hastalıkları tedavi etme, önleme çalışmalarıyla, öğretmenler, din görevlileri, polis vb meslek grupları da rol modelleri oluşturarak toplumun sağlığını etkilemektedirler. Bu çalışma Isparta il merkezi ve merkez köy ve kasabalarında görev yapan müftülük çalışanların sigara içme durumları ve bunu etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesini saptamak hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın verileri Aralık 2009-Ocak 2010 yılı tarihlerinde, 54 sorudan oluşan anket uygulandı. Sorular demografik verileri sigara ile ilgili bilgiler ve sigara içme durumunu içermektedir. Sonuç olarak araştırma grubunda kadınların sigara içme oranı %2.0, erkeklerin %27.4 bulunmuştur. Araştırma grubunun %33.3'ü içip bırakmıştır. Araştırma grubunda, sigara içen çalışanların sigaraya başlama nedenleri arasında %53.5 oranla özenti ve merak, %41.9 oranla sosyal faktörler yer almaktadır. Çalışmamızda sigara içen 43 kişinin %37.2.si sigarayı bırakmayı birkaç kez denediğini, %27.9.unun istediğini ama bırakamadığını, %16.3.ünün de hiç sigarayı bırakmayı denemediğini belirtmiştir. Sigara içen çalışanların nikotin bağımlılık testine göre verdiği cevapların dağılımında %46.5.inin çok az bağımlı, %25.6.sının az bağımlı, %14.0'ının yüksek bağımlı, %9.3.ünün orta derecede bağımlı ve %4.7.sinin ise çok yüksek derecede bağımlı olduğu bulunmuştur. Günümüzde çok sayıda ölümcül hastalığın patogenezinde sigara rol oynamaktadır. Sigaraya karşı savaşta toplum liderleri merkezi bir konumda yer almaktadır. Bu kişilere sigaranın zararları ile ilgili verilen eğitimin niteliğinin artırılması, sigarayı bırakmak isteyen kişilere sigarayı bıraktırma konusunda gerekli desteğin sağlanması, bırakmayı özendirme çalışmalarına en yüksek oranlarda ağırlık verilmesi gerektiğine inanmaktayız. Tobacco products are the most important preventable cause of death and disease all over the world. Doctors who works on treating diseases caused by tobacco products and their prevention efforts, teachers, religious commissary, police, etc. who has influence on public and their health by creating role models in occupational groups. The aim of the study is to investigate the smoking conditions and situation of religious commissary in Isparta and its and suburbs towns of the province of Isparta factors and determine the factors affecting the determination. This research is descriptive and cross-sectional survey. The survey data including 54 questions of the questionnaire was administered on December of 2009 to January of 2010. Questions related to demographic data, information, and smoking status include cigarettes. As a result of smoking research group at 2.0 %women, 27.4 %were men. The ratio of research group is 33.3 %. In this study emulate and wondering 53.5 %and social factors 41.9 %causes of starting to smoke in the smoke employees. In our study 43 people who tried to quit smoking several times is 37.2 %, 27.9 %of participants expressed that they want to quit smoking but they could not succeed and the percentage of the participant who never try to quit smoking is 16.3 %. The results show that the smoking information score in research group is 5.8 (2-7). Test of nicotine dependence in the distribution of answers given by employees who smoke 46.5 %'much less dependent on scroll, 25.6 % cynical less dependent, 14.0 %high dependent scroll, 9.3 %moderately dependent, while 4.7 %is too high proved to be highly dependent. Today, cigarette plays a large number of non-fatal roles in the pathogenesis of the disease. Community leaders are in the fight against smoking is a central location. Enhancing the quality of education provided to people about the hazards of smoking, providing the necessary support to people who want to quit smoking, we believe that should be given to encourage the work of the highest rates of quit smoke.
