Bu çalışma, hipertansiyon tanısı almış hastaların hipertansiyon tedavisine uyumları ve uyumu etkileyen faktörleri incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Araştırma Isparta Uluborlu İlçe Devlet Hastanesinde 1 Ekim 2011, 31 Ocak 2012 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklemini tedavi yada kontrol için başvuran ve çalışmaya katılma kriterlerini karşılayan 165 birey oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak, Sosyo Demografik Form, Hastalık Algısı Ölçeği, Hill Bone Hipertansiyon Tedavisine Uyum Ölçeği, sf-36 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimleri Davranışları Ölçeği kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın uygulanması için etik kurul izni ve il sağlık müdürlüğünden yazılı izin, araştırmaya katılan hastalardan bilgilendirilmiş onam alınmıştır.Araştırmaya katılan hastaların % 89,7 sinin 50 yaşından büyük, % 63,6'sının kadın, % 80,4'ünün beden kitle indeksinin 25 ve üzeri olduğu görülmüştür. HAÖ skorlarını yaş ile korelasyonunda--sonuçları ve--tedavi kontrolü alt boyut skorlarında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). HBHTU ölçeğinin BKI'ne göre total skorları arasında anlamlı fark olduğu görülmüştür. Sf-36 yaşam kalitesi ölçeğinin cinsiyete göre dağılımı inclendiğinde fiziksel fonksiyon, rol güç fiziksel fonksiyon, ağrı, genel sağlık, vitalite ve sosyal fonksiyon alt boyut skorlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark görülmüştür (p<0,05). SYBD ölçeğinin eğitim durumuna göre dağılımı incelendiğinde kendini gerçekleştirme, sağlık sorumluluğu, egzersiz, beslenme ve kişiler arası ilişkiler alt boyut skorları arasında anlamlı fark olduğu görülmüştür (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak hipertansiyon hastalarının HBHTUÖ göre sadece %15,8 inin tedaviye uyumlu olduğu, tedaviye uyumda yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, medeni durumun yanı sıra hastalık algısının sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarının ve yaşam kalitelerinin tedaviye uyumu etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Tedaviye uyumu etkileyen bu faktörler göz önünde bulundurularak gerekli tedavi yöntemlerinin geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Hipertansiyon, tedavi uyumu, hastalık algısı.
This is made as a definitive type of study in order to examine the compliance of the patients diagnosed with hipertension with medical treatment of hipertension and the facts that affect the compliance with medical treatment. Research was made at Uluborlu İlçe Hastanesi between 01.11.2011 to 31.01.2012. Sample of the research are 165 individuals who applied to a policlinic for treatment or control and also meets the criterias for participating in the study.Data collection tools used in this study are; Socio-demographic form, Revısed Illness Perceptıon Questionnaire (IPQ-R), Hill Bone Hipertension Treatment Compliance Scale(HBHTCS), Short Form 36, Scale Of Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors.Ethics committe permission, written permission from the Provincial Health Directorate and informed consent from the patients participating in research is taken for implementation of the research.%89,7 of the patients involved in this research are aged over 50, %63,6 are famale, %80,4 has a body mass index score of 25 and more. As a result of the correlation of IPQ-R scores with age, a positif meaningful relationship was found at the sub-dimension scores of ―result and ―treatment control(p<0,05). A meaningful difference between the total scores of HBHTCS according to the BMI was found. When the distributtion of SF-36 according to the gender is examined; a meaningful difference was found in physical function, role power physical function, pain, overall health, vitality, social function sub- dimension scores (p<0,05). Also a meaningful difference was found between self-ctualization, health-care liability, exercise, nutrition and interpersonal relationship subdimension scores by examining the distrubition of Scale of Healty Lifestyle Behaviours according to the educational status (p<0,05).As result; it has been indentified that according to the HBHTCS only %15,8 of the patients are compatible with treatment and together with gender, age, educational status, marital status also perception of illness, healty lifestyle behaviors and quality of life affects the compliance with treatment. It is recommended that, factors affecting compliance with treatment should be considered for developing the treatment methods.
