Fetal Dönem Boyunca Orbita ve Bulbus Oculi'nin Gelişimi Çalışmamızda, fetal dönem boyunca orbita ve bulbus oculi gelişiminin anatomik diseksiyon yöntemi kullanılarak araştırılması amaçlandı. Yaşları 13-40 gebelik haftası arasında olan, eksternal anomali ve patolojisi olmayan 108 fetal materyalde 214 gözde orbita ve bulbus oculinin morfolojik ve morfometrik gelişimi değerlendirildi. Çalışmamızda ekstraoküler göz kaslarının tendon genişlikleri ölçüldü ve tendon tutunma yerlerinin limbusa olan uzaklıkları değerlendirildi. Orbita ile ilgili parametrelerden orbita giriş alanı, orbita çevresi, orbita genişlik ve yüksekliği, orbita derinliği ve hacmi ölçüldü. Bulbus oculi ile ilgili parametrelerden bulbus oculinin anterior-posterior (A-P) çapı, transvers çapı, ağırlığı ve hacmi ölçüldü. Ayrıca korneanın ağırlık ve çapı, lensin ise ağırlık, kalınlık ve genişliği ölçüldü. Çalışmamız sonunda elde edilen tüm verilerin ortalamaları trimesterlere göre hesap edildi ve tüm parametrelerin gestasyonel yaşla birlikte arttığı belirlendi (p<0.05). Daha önceki fetal çalışmalarda sadece gözün rektus kasları ile ilgili çalışmalar mevcuttu bizim çalışmamız ise rektus kaslarına ilaveten oblik kaslar da çalışıldı. Daha önce erişkinlerde yapılan Tillaux halkası çalışmamızda ilk defa fetal döneme uyarlanarak modifiye Tillaux halkası oluşturuldu. Fetal dönemde ilk defa diseksiyon yöntemi kullanılarak bulbus oculi, kornea ve lense ait parametreler çalışmamızda verilmiştir. Çalışmamızdan elde edilen veriler fetal dönemde orbita, bulbus oculi, kornea ve lens gelişimi ile ilgili temel veriler içermektedir. Elde edilen bu verilerin göz hastalıkları, fetopatoloji ve obstetri gibi bilim dallarında yapılacak çalışmalara katkıda bulunacağını düşünmekteyiz. Development Of Orbit And Bulbus Oculi During The Fetal Period In our study, it is aimed at researching the development of orbit and bulbus oculi during fetal period by applying the anatomic dissection method. Morphological and morphometric development of orbit and bulbus oculi in 108 fetal materials and 214 eyes, whoose ages are between 16-40 gestational weeks, who do not have external anomaly and pathology, are evaluated. Tendon wideness of the extraocular eye muscles were measured in our study and the distances of the tendon insertio to the limbus were evaluated. Orbital entrance surface, orbital peripheral, orbital wideness and height, orbital depth and volume were measured by the parameters related to orbit. Anterior-posterior (A-P) diameter, transverse diameter, weight and volume of bulbus oculi were measured by the parameters related to bulbus oculi. Furthermore, the weight and diameter of the cornea, the weight, thickness and wideness of the lens were measured. Average of all data obtained at the end of the study was calculated according to trimesters and it was determined that all parameters increased with gestational age (p<0.05). There were only studies related to the rectus muscle of the eyes in the fetal studies; in our study, obliq muscles were studied in addition to the rectus muscles. Modified spiral of Tillaux was created for the first time by adapting to the fetal period in our spiral of Tillaux study previously conducted on the adults. Parameters of bulbus oculi, cornea and lens were provided in our study by utilizing the dissection method for the first time in fetal period. Data obtained from our study include basic data related to the development of orbit, bulbus oculi, cornea and lens in fetal period. We consider that these obtained data will contribute to the studies to be conducted in sciences such as eye diseases, fetal pathology and obstetrics.
