Amaç; Üniversite voleybol takımına sezon içi uygulanan antrenman programının fiziksel ve bazı biyomotorik özellikler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya Süleyman Demirel üniversitesi erkek voleybol takımında oynayan 12 voleybolcu gönüllü olarak katıldı Voleybolcuların sırası ile ortalama yaş 22.66±2.22 yıl, boy 185.91±7.5 cm, vücut ağırlığı 84.91±11.23 kg. olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada sporcuların, antropometrik ölçümleri ve kuvvet testleri yapıldı. Kuvvet ölçümleri biceps curll, triceps press, latpul down, butterfly, leg curll ve leg extantion testleri 1RM olarak belirlendi. Ayrıca Dikey Sıçrama ve Durarak Uzun Atlama testleri uygulandı. Sezon içi uygulanan antrenmanların ön ve son testleri paired t testi yöntemi ile karşılaştırıldı. Elde edilen verilerin istatistik olarak değerlendirilmesi sonucunda bazı değerlenlerde anlamlı farklılıklar bulunurken bazılarında da bulunamamıştır Sonuç olarak elde etiğimiz bulgulara dayalı olarak sezon içi antrenman dönemi bazı antrenman programlarının etkinliklerinin performans boyutu ile nasıl değişimler gösterdiği ve nerolojik adaptasyon sürecinin oluşumu kısmen belirlenmiştir. Bu çerçevede çalışma yapacak spor bilimcilerin antrenman programların etkinlik düzeylerinin bazı fiziksel ve biyomotorik parametrelere göre değerlendirilmesi yönünde bir bakış açısı getireceği kanaatindeyiz. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of the training programme run during the season by university volleyball team on physical and several biomotorical variables. 12 players of Süleyman Demirel University Men's Volleyball Team took part in the study voluntarily. The average age of the players is 22.66±2.22 years; average height is 185.91±7.5 cm and average weight is 84.91±11.23 kgs. Antropometricmeasurements and force tests of the players were also conducted. Biceps curl, triceps press, lat pulldown, butterfly, leg curl and leg extension tests within the force measurements were calculated as 1RM. The players also took part in vertical jump and standing long jump tests. The pre-tests and ultimate tests of the training programme were compared via paired t method. Several significant differences were found in several variables while some variables did not mark any significant difference upon the statistical analysis of the data obtained. The outcomes of the study revealed how it exercises during the training programme could affect the performance level and how they could vary. The formation of the neurological adaptation period was also determined. The sports scientists, we believe, should take the fact that the exercise level of the training programmes is to be designed based on the several physical and biomotorical parameters into consideration.
