Bu çalışmada yuvarlak örme makinelerinde süprem örgü yapısı esas alınarak, farklı iplik numaralan ve farklı iplik sevk miktarlarının örme kumaş yapılarının parametrelerine ve gramajlarına olan etkileri ve aralarındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla çeşitli süprem örme yapıları, farklı makine incelik değerleri olan yuvarlak örme makinelerinde üretilmiştir. Örme kumaş üretiminde, örme makinesine sevk edilen iplik miktarı örme kumaşın parametrelerini, özellikle de gramajını belirleyen faktörlerden birisidir. Çalışmada öncelikle kumaş parametreleri ve gramaja etki eden faktörlerle ilgili çalışmalar ve bulgular özetlenmiştir. Çalışmanın deney bölümünde Ne 16/1, Ne 20/1, Ne24/1, Ne 30/1 ve Ne 40/1 (Ring) iplikleri ile 85 farklı iplik sevk miktarı kullanılarak örme kumaş numuneleri üretilmiştir. Numunelerin kuru ve yaş relaksasyondan sonra parametreleri ölçülmüştür ve bu özellikler karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçta örme makinesine sevk edilen iplik miktarları ile örme kumaş parametreleri özellikle gramajları arasında ilişki oluştuğu görülmüştür. Sevk edilen iplik miktarının değiştirilmesi ile kumaşın gramajı arasında yüksek bir korelasyon katsayısı bulunmuştur. Ayrıca hem kuru hem de yaş relaksasyondan sonra Ne 16/1, Ne 20/1, Ne24/1, Ne 30/1 ve Ne 40/1 pamuk iplikleri ile üretilen numunelerin regresyon denklemleri elde edilerek istatistiki olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, örme kumaş gramajının tahmini için pratik olarak kullanılabilecek bir eşitlik geliştirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kumaş gramajı, süprem örme kumaş, iplik sevk miktarı.
In this study, the effects of different yarn linear densities and different yarn feeding amounts on the parameters of the knitted fabric structures, as well as the relationships betvveen them are investigated. For this purpose, various Single Jersey knit structures were produced on circular knitting machines that have different gauges. Fabrics were produced by circular knitting machines based on RL - Single Jersey knit structure. As far as knitted fabric production is concerned, yarn feeding amount used in the knitting machine is one of the factors which affect the parameters of the knitted fabric, particularly the fabric vveight. in this work, fırst of ali, the studies and the fındings vvhich are relevant to the fabric parameters and the factors affecting the fabric weight vvere summarized. in the experimental section of this study, Ne 16/1, Ne 20/1, Ne 24/1, Ne 30/1 and Ne 40/1 (Ring) spun yarns as vvell as knitted fabric samples were produced by 85 different yarn feeding amounts. The parameters of the knitted fabric samples were measured after dry and wet relaxation and then these characteristics vvere compared. in conclusion, a relationship betvveen the yarn feeding amounts for the knitting machine and the knitted fabric parameters, particularly gram vveight, was investigated. A higher correlation was found betvveen the change in yarn feeding arnounts and the gram weight of the fabric. Besides, the regression equations of the samples produced from Ne 16/1, Ne 20/1, Ne 24/1, Ne 30/1 and Ne 40/1 cotton yarns vvere determined and evaluated statistically. Finally, an equation that can practically be used for the assessment of knitted fabric vveight vvas developed. Keywords: Fabric weight, RL Single - Jersey knitted fabric, yarn feeding amount.
