Asenkron motorlar endüstride en yaygın kullanılan motor tipidir. Asenkron motorlarda oluşan hataların erken safhada tespit edilmesi maliyet açısından önemli bir kazanç sağlamaktadır. Bu tezde veri madenciliği tekniği ile üç fazlı asenkron motordaki sargı spirleri arasında oluşabilecek kısa devre veya yalıtım bozuklukları ve motor milinde oluşabilecek mekanik dengesizlik hatalarının tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Veri madenciliği büyük miktarlardaki verinin içinden anlamlı ve yararlı, ilişki ve kuralların bilgisayar programları aracılığıyla aranması ve analizidir. Bu amaçla WEKA veri madenciliği yazılımı kullanılmıştır. WEKA'ya 3 faz akım ve gerilim ile sol ve sağ band için band geçiren filtre uygulanmış akım değerleri giriş parametresi olarak verilmiştir. Bu giriş parametrelerine WEKA'da sınıflandırma tekniklerinden karar ağacı algoritmaları uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda RepTree karar ağacının ürettiği kuralların geçerliliği ispatlanmıştır. Elde edilen bu kurallara göre asenkron motorlarda yukarıda adı geçen hataların bulunması için tek faz akımı yeterli olmaktadır. Induction motors are the most common motor types used in industry. The detection of the induction motors in early stage provides an important outcome in terms of cost. In this thesis, detection of the short circuit or insulating faults in the turns of the stator winding and mechanical unbalances in the three phase induction motors are aimed by using data mining technique. Data mining is the analyzing and searching of the rules and obtaining of the useful and meaningful relationships in a great quantity of data by the help of computer programs. For this purpose, data mining software known as WEKA is used in this work. Three phase currents, voltages, and filtered side bands of the motor current signals around fundamental supply frequency are applied as input parameters for WEKA program. Decision tree algorithms from classification techniques in WEKA have been applied to these input parameters. In the test results, the effectiveness of the rules produced by RepTree decision tree algorithms is proved. According to those acquired rules, a single phase current signal is adequate for the detection of above mentioned faults in induction motors.
