Bu çalışmada ilk olarak 4-(kloroasetil)bifenil, kloroasetil klorür ve bifenilin alüminyum klorür katalizörlüğünde, Friedel-Crafts açilleme reaksiyonuna göre hazırlanmıştır. Kuru HCl gazı varlığında, 4- kloroasetil)bifenil ile isopentil nitritin reaksiyonuyla 4- ifenilglioksilohidroksimoil klorür (kloroketoksim) elde edilmiştir. 4- ifenilglioksilohidroksimoil klorür'ün, 2-amino-4-metilfenol ve 2- (aminometil)piridin ile ayrı ayrı reaksiyonu sonucu 4- ifenilglioksilohidroksimoil klorür türevleri sentezlenmiş ve bu ligandlar etil alkolde kristallendirilmiştir. Bu ligandlar, Cu(II) ve Co(II) tuzları ile CN- iyonu bulunan ortamda reaksiyona sokularak tek merkezli siyanür içeren oksim kompleksleri elde edilmiştir. Bu tek merkezli komplekslerin çeşitli geçiş metalleri ile reaksiyonunun ardından, siyano köprülü çok merkezli oksim kompleksleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen komplekslerin yapıları ICP-OES, FT-IR spektrum verileri, termal analiz, elementel analiz, iletkenlik ve manyetik susseptibilite ölçümleri ile aydınlatılmıştır. In this study, firstly, 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl was prepared from the reaction of chloroacetyl chloride with biphenyl in the presence of aluminium chloride according to Friedel-Crafts acylation. 4- iphenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride (chloroketo oxime) was obtained by reacting 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl with isopentyl nitrite in the presence of dry HCl gase. 4-Biphenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride derivatives were prepared from the reaction between 4- ifenilglioksilohidroksimoil chloride and 2-amino-4-methylphenol and 2-(aminomethyl)pyridine seperately and these ligands recrystallized from ethylalcohol. Mononuclear oxime complexes containing CN- ion were obtained from the reaction of ligands with Cu(II) and Co(II) salts in the presence of CN- media. Cyano bridged polynuclear oxime complexes were synthesised afterwards from the reaction of mononuclear oxime complexes with various transition metals. Structures of complexes synthesized were identified with ICP-OES, FT-IR spectal data, thermal analysis, elemental analysis, conductuvity and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
