Dünyada, fosil yakıtlarının paylaşımı üzerine büyük problemler yaşanmaktadır. Ülkemizde petrol ve doğalgaz ürünlerinde yurtdışına bağlı durumdadır. Petrol ürünü olan mazota benzer, bitki yağının dönüştürülmesiyle biyodizel üretmek mümkündür. Ülkemizdeki tarım gelişmiş olması biyodizelin ülkemizdeki önemini bir kat daha artırmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmada küçük kapasiteli bir biyodizel üretim sisteminin geliştirilmiştir. Bu sistemde kullanılan bitkisel yağdan biyodizel elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen biyodizelin testleri yapılmıştır. Sistemin en optimum çalışması sağlanmıştır. Son olarak üretim esnasında karşılaşan problemlerle ilgili görüş ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Alternatif Yakıtlar, Biyodizel, Metenol.
Sharing of fossil fuels in the world brings big problems in the world. In our country, petroleum and natural gas products are depending on foreign countries. Like a petrol product of diesel fuel, biodiesel can be produced from plants' oil. Because agriculture is developed in our country, the importance of biodiesel is much bigger. In this study, a little capacity biodiesel production system is developed. From plants' oil used in this system, biodiesel is produced. Tests are made from obtained biodiesel properties. Optimum operating conditions of the system is determined. Lastly, discussions and conclusions are made for problems in production process. Keywords: : Alternative fuels, Biodiesel, Methanol.
