Ekonomik kalkınmada önemli yere sahip olan sanayi dallarından biride tekstil ve konfeksiyon sanayidir. Bu sanayi dalı Türkiye'de de gerek yarattığı istihdam, gerekse kazandırdığı milli gelir açısından ülke ekonomisinde önemli bir role sahiptir. Günümüz zorlaşan rekabet koşullan, tekstil ve konfeksiyon sektörünü de yenilikçi ve gelişimci olmaya, kalite ve müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı çalışmaya yönlendirmektedir. Kalite ve müşteri memnuniyeti, işletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu tez çalışmasında Denizli Organize Sanayi bölgesinde bulunan tekstil işletmelerinin kalite ve müşteri memnuniyetine bakış açılan tespit edilmiştir. Bunun için anket çalışması yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 13.0 programı yardımıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda, Denizli Organize Sanayi bölgesinde bulunan tekstil işletmelerinin, büyük çoğunluğunun kalite ve müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı çalıştığı, teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip ettiği ancak AR-GE ve marka çalışmalarına yeterince önem vermedikleri görülmüştür. Textile and clothing industry is one of the industries which has a significant role in economic development. This industry has an important role in terms of both necessary employment created and national income that is earned in the economy of the country. Today's difficult competitive conditions lead to the textile and clothing sector to be innovative and formative, to work quality and customer satisfaction oriented. Quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important in terms of enterprises to be able to survive. In this thesis work, the perspectives of textile businesses in the Denizli Organized Industrial zone have been identified över quality and customer satisfaction. Thus, the survey work is made and the data obtained were evaluated with the help of SPSS 13.0 statistical program. Findings of the survey show that the vast majority of textile businesses in the Denizli Organized Industrial zone works quality and customer satisfaction-oriented, closely follows technological developments but not give enough importance to the R & D and brand studies.
