Gelişen teknoloji ve büyüyen üretim endüstrisi arasında oluşan talep ilişkisi, her üretim sisteminin şartı olan; daha fazla üretmek, standart üretim yapmak, kaliteyi korumak, maliyeti en asgariye indirmek ve sistemi kontrol edebilmeyi öne çıkarmıştır. Üretim şeklinde kaynaklı imalatın olduğu endüstrilerde yukarıdaki temel ilişkiler hemen kendini gösterir ve istenmeyen üretim sapmaları ve kontrol edilemeyen üretim biçimi ile üretici baş başa kalır. Kaynak otomasyon sistemlerine olan ihtiyaç, üreticinin bu sapmaları ve kontrol dışlı üretimi anlaması ile başlar. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda tasarlanan şase kaynatma sisteminde üretimi kontrol etme ve yapılacak işin mükemmelliği açısından ülkemiz imalatçılılarının önemi artacak, yurt içi ve yurt dışına yapılan satışların kalitenin yükselmesiyle birlikte ciddi artışlar ortaya çıkacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, değişik formdaki şaselerin kaynak edilebilmesine olanak sağlamaktır. Sistem değişik formdaki şase iş parçaları örnek alınarak SOLIDWORKS paket programında tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma üç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk aşama olarak müşteri verileri göz önünde tutularak, gerekli araştırmalar sonucunda istenen şase ölçüleri belirlenerek geçici tasarım modeli oluşturulmuştur. İkinci aşamada, mukavemet hesaplamaları göz önünde bulundurularak, hidrolik sistemdeki silindirin, hareketlerdeki yataklama elemanlarının seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Son aşamada ise ortaya çıkan prototip uygulamadan alınan veriler doğrultusunda ürün üzerinde yapılan revize işlemlerine yer verilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kaynak, Otomasyon, Aparat sistemi.
Developing of the technology and enlarging of the heavy duty industry brings some incoming inquiry of demand relations. Brings some serious rules like; more production, Standard manufacturing steps,protecting quality taking the charges as low as possible and controling the system. However there is always welding processes in every job and if the mentioned rules would be not be done then the producer have to face this difficult situation. The need of the Welding Automation System becomes more important for the manufacturers which has refracting and uncontrolled problems in producti on range. In this case to get best system in the manufacturing area and to finalize the best quality items therefore the designed frame welding system needs to be controlled carefully. It is important for the chassis manufacturer in our homeland to introduce them selves to the worldwide market as famoust and high quality item producers as well also the annual sales of the machinery industry will rising up periodically.The main goal of this application is to weld different size and type of industrial frames carefully and with high quality.The system example made by SOLIDWORKS pro and designed with some different type of workpiece frames.The study was finalized in 3 steps. First step is to get from the customer the correct order inquiry with technical details to research and to make an example project in drawing format.After finishing the research step the required sizes will be finalize it well.In Step second the resistance calculation the hydraulic system would be created for the bearing works equipment.. In step three the finalized prototype welding system would be checked with technical details during creation of the workpiece. Keywords: Welding, Automation, Aparatus systems.
