Günümüzde mobil cihazların ve özellikle 3G teknolojilerinin kullanımının artmasıyla birlikte bu cihazlar ile yapılabilen farklı uygulamalara talepler de gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada mobil teknolojilerin tarihi ve turistik amaçlı kullanımına örnek teşkil edebilecek farklı bir uygulama geliştirilmiştir. Bu uygulamada kullanıcı platforma bağlandıktan sonra Isparta ili ile ilgili gezilebilecek tarihi ve turistik mekanlar hakkında bilgi alabilmektedir. Ayrıca platform içerisinde yer alan Isparta ilinin dijital haritası üzerinden gezilebilecek yerleri görebilmekte ve buralar ile ilgili yazılı ve görsel kaynaklara ulaşabilmektedir. Platformun kullanıcılara sunduğu bir diğer olanak ise dışarıdan girilen koordinat bilgilerine göre o anda haritadan nerede olduğunuzu görebilmenizdir. Today, with the increasing usage of Mobile Devices and especially 3G Technologies, the requests to the different applications that can be used with these gadgets are increasing day by day. In this study, a different application is developed to exemplify the usage of the mobile technologies in cultural and historical area. In this application, the user becomes able to get information about the cultural and historical places of Isparta when they log in the platform. Not only can they see these places on the digital map of Isparta but also they can reach the text and visual resources about these places. Another opportunity of the platform is that you can see your position on the digital map when you fill in the coordinate informations to the platform.
