Bu çalışmada TiO2 ince filmler içinde uygun miktarlarda titanyum(IV) n-butoksit, etanol, asetik asit ve azo boya içeren eriyik kullanarak sol-jel yöntemi ile cam alt tabanlar üzerinde oluşturuldu. Oluşturulan bu filmlerin kalınlığının tabaka sayısına ve son ısıl işlemi öncesi yapılan kurutma işlemlerine bağlı olarak değiştiği tespit edildi. Elde edilen ince filmlerin karakterizasyonu UV spektrometresi, XRD, SEM ve dört nokta yöntemleri ile gerçekleştirildi. Örneklerin kristal yapıları, yüzey yapıları, optik özellikleri ve elektriksel özellikleri sırasıyla XRD, SEM, UV ve dört nokta yöntemleriyle tespit edildi. XRD ve SEM ölçümleri tüm ince film örneklerinin homojen birçoklu kristalleşmeye sahip olduğunu, fakat bu kristalleşmenin farklı boyutlarda ve şekillerde meydana geldiğini göstermektedir. UV ölçümleri örneklerin enerji bant aralıklarının TiO2 için 3,2 eV0 olduğunu ve Titan-Tan çözeltilerinde bu iki maddenin oranlarının değişmesi ile bantların enerji band aralığının da değiştiğini göstermektedir. Diğer taraftan, dört nokta ölçümlerinden de tan miktarı arttıkça örneklerin iletkenlik katsayılarının arttığı gözlendi. In this study, different TiO2 thin films were formed on glass substrates using the solutions prepared using the suitable amount of Titanium(IV) n-butoxide, ethanol, acetic acid and dye by sol-gel technique. It was seen that thickness of the films change depending on the number of layers and drying process carried out before the heat treatment process of the samples. The characterization of these obtained thin films were performed by XRD, SEM, UV spectrometers and four probe method. The crystal structure, surface structure, optical properties and electrical properties of these thin films were determined by XRD, SEM, UV and four probe method, respectively. XRD, SEM measurements show that all of the thin film samples have an homogenous polycrystallization structure, but the grains have formed in different sizes and forms. UV measurements showed that the gap band energy for TiO2 is 3,2 eV and band gab energy of titan-tan complexes varies depending on the ratio of the Tan. On the other hand it was observed that the electrical conductivity of the samples increases with the increasing of the mixture solutions from four probe method measurements.
