Bu çalışmada Bioplus 2B ve Lactiferm adlı 2 farklı ticari probiyotik bakteriyel ürün ve gökkuşağı alabalığının yaşadığı sudan izole edilmiş olan Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakteri suşunun yavru gökkuşağı alabalığının bağışlık sistemi ile büyüme ve gelişme parametreleri üzerine olan etkileri ile Flavobacterium psychrophilum patojenine karşı göstermiş oldukları potansiyel koruma etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla ortalama ağırlıkları 7 ł 0,9 gram olan 800 adet gökkuşağı alabalığı 60 gün süreyle Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm ticari probiyotiklerini ve Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakteri suşunu sırasıyla 0,8 mg/kg, 0,4 mg/kg ve 5,4x107 kob/ml oranlarında içeren yemlerle beslenmiştir. Çalışmanın 7, 14, 21 ve 28. günlerinde balıklardan kan örnekleri alınarak NBT (+) nötrofil, serum lizozim, lökosit, eritrosit ve hematokrit değerleri incelenmiştir. Probiyotik bakterilerin gökkuşağı alabalığının gelişimi üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla 60 gün süren besleme çalışmasında on beşer günlük periyotlarla balıkların ağırlık ve boyları ölçülmüştür. Diğer taraftan ortalama ağırlıkları 2 ł 0,5 gram olan 400 adet gökkuşağı alabalığı 15 gün süreyle yine Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm ticari probiyotiklerini ve Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakteri suşunu sırasıyla 0,8 mg/kg, 0,4 mg/kg ve 5,4x107 kob/ml oranlarında içeren yemlerle beslenmiştir. 15. günün sonunda Flavobacterium psychrophilum patojen bakterisi ile deneysel enfeksiyon uygulaması yapılmıştır. Sonuçta Bioplus 2B ve Lactiferm ticari probiyotikleri ile Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakteri suşu gökkuşağı alabalıklarının NBT (+) nötrofil, serum lizozim ve lökosit değerleri ile büyüme parametrelerinde artışa neden olmuşlardır (p<0,05). Flavobacterium psychrophilum ile deneysel enfeksiyon sonrasında Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm probiyotik bakterileri ve Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakterili yemlerle beslenen gruplarda RPS (Yaşama Oranı Yüzdeleri) sırasıyla; % 47, % 39 ve % 18 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Gruplar arasında farklılık istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p< 0,05). Gökkuşağı alalıklarını korumada Pseudomonas sp. GS potansiyel probiyotik bakteri suşu, Bioplus 2B ve Lactiferm gibi etkinlik sağlamıştır. In this study, the effects of two different commercial probiotics Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm and the potential probiotic strain Pseudomonas sp. GA on the immune system and growth parameters of rainbow trout and the potential preventation they had exhibited against the pathogenic bacteria Flavobacterium psychrophilum which causes Cold Water Disease in rainbow trout fry, were searched. For this purpose a total of 800 rainbow trout weighting 7 ł 0,9 grams had been fed for 60 days by adding the commercial probiotic bacterias Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm and the potential probiotic bacteria strain Pseudomonas sp. GA at a ratio of 0,8 mg/kg, 0,4 mg/kg ve 5,4x107 kob/ml respectively to the diet. Blood samples were taken on the 7., 14., 21. and 28. days of study and NBT (Nitra Blue Tetrazolium) (+) neutrophil, serum lysozyme, leukocyte, haematocrit and erythrocyte levels were examined. To examine the effects of probiotics on the growth of rainbow trout, the mass and the lenght of fishes were measured every 15 days during the 60 days of feeding. On the other hand a total of 400 rainbow trout weighting 2 ł 0,5 grams had been fed for 15 days by adding the commercial probiotic bacterias Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm and the potential probiotic bacteria strain Pseudomonas sp. GA at ratio of 0,8 mg/kg, 0,4 mg/kg and 5,4x107 kob/ml respectively to the diet. Fish were challenged with pathogenic bacteria Flavobacterium psychrophilum at theday 15. As a result, probiotic bacterias caused an increase on the NBT (+) neutrophil, serum lysozime, leucosit levels and growth parameters (p< 0,05). When the rainbow trout fed with the probiotics such as, Bioplus 2B, Lactiferm and potential probiotic strain Pseudomonas sp. GA and the control group were challenged with the pathogen bacteria Flavobacterium psychrophilum, RPS (Relative Percentage of Survival) value was calculated; 47 %, 39 %, 18 % respectively. There was a significant differency between the groups statitistically. The potantiel probiotic bacteria strain Pseudomonas sp. GA was effective on protecting rainbow trout aganist Flavobacterium psychrophilum, causing cold water disease such as the commercial probiotics Bioplus 2B and Lactiferm.
