Bu çalışmada, sonlu elemanlar metodu kullanılarak (Finite Element Method . FEM), gövde borulu ısı değiştiricilerinin termal analizi yapılacaktır. Gövde borulu ısı değiştiricilerin termal analizlerinin yapılmasıyla, tasarlanması düşünülen ısı değiştiricilerinde transfer edilen ısının artırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Sonlu eleman metodundaki temel fikir, karmaşık bir problemin çözümünü, onu daha basit bir problemle değiştirerek bulmaktır. Çözüm yapılırken gerçek problem basitiyle değiştirildiği için, kesin çözümden ziyade, yaklaşık bir çözüm bulmamız mümkün olmaktadır. Elimizdeki matematiksel modeller, çoğu pratik problemin gerçek, hatta kimi zaman yaklaşık çözümünü bulmamıza bile yetmeyebilir. Böyle durumlarda verilen bir problemin yaklaşık bir çözümünü bulmak için daha uygun bir yöntem bulunamadığı durumlarda sonlu elemanlar metodu kullanılır. Üstelik FEM, daha uzun hesapları gelişmiş bilgisayarlardan yararlanmak suretiyle yapmak ve bulunan yaklaşık çözümü geliştirmekte de çoğu zaman mümkün olmaktadır. Sonlu elemanlar metodu, alışılmış analitik çözüm metotlarına göre çok büyük avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Yukarıda amaçlanan hedefler doğrultusunda öncelikle ısı değiştiricilerinin tanımı, sınıflandırılmaları, çalışma şekilleri ve kullanım alanları belirtilmiştir. Bu kapsamda gövde borulu ısı değiştiricilerinin sanayi ve teknolojideki önemi vurgulanmıştır. V Ayrıca; yapılan çalışmada sonlu elemanlar yöntemine değinerek Ansys paket programının temel kullanım kademeleri anlatılmıştır. Çalışmada konular, Ansys paket programının açılış işlemiyle başlayarak, birçok konuya değinilmiş ve örnek problem uygulamalarıyla da sonlandırılmıştır. In this study, using the finite element method (Finite Element Method - FEM), Shell and tube type heat exchangers thermal analysis will be done. Shell and tube heat exchangers using thermal analysis, the design is aimed to increase the heat transferred in heat exchangers considered. The basic idea of finite element method of a complex solution to the problem, changing it is to find a simpler problem. The solution is changed when the real problem for the simplest case, rather than a definitive solution, it is possible to find an approximate solution. Our mathematical models, most of the real practical problem, even sometimes not even find the approximate solution may not be enough.In such cases,an approximate solution to a given problem can not be found to find a more appropriate method is used where the finite element method. Moreover, FEM, longer accounts by utilizing advanced computers and make the most of the time it is possible to improve the approximate solution finite element method, according to the usual methods of analytical solution provides great advantages. The above definition of heat exchangers primarily intended goals, classifications, types and uses of the study indicated. In this context, shell and tube heat exchangers in industry and technology is emphasized. Vii Also, the study, Ansys finite element program, referring to the method described in the basic usage levels. The study subjects, starting from the Ansys program, the opening process, a lot of sample problems and practice issues are addressed in the last four months.
