Bu çalışmada Katı Oksit Yakıt Pilleri (SOFC) nde kullanılmak üzere elektrot ve elektrotun kimyasal uyumunu incelemek amacıyla elektrolit madde sentezi yapılmıştır. Elektrot sentezinde Katı Faz Reaksiyon Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elektrolit sentezi Hidrotermal Yöntem ile yapılmıştır. Belirlenen stokiyometrik oranlarda hazırlanan kimyasallar havan içerisinde aseton yardımıyla karıştırılarak, yüksek sıcaklık fırınlarında kalsine edilmiştir. Kalsinasyon sonucu elde edilen her bir numunenin farklı stokiyometrik oranlardaki serileri sentezlenmiştir. SOFC; elektrot grubu, elektrolit, ara bağlantı malzemelerinden oluşmaktadır. Elektrot ve elektrolit arasındaki kimyasal uyum çok önemlidir. Bu uyum kimyasal uyum testi ile XRD analizleri yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Stokiyometrileri hesaplamada termal analiz, iletkenlik ölçümleri için impedans analizleri, yüzey yapıları ve gözenek boyutlarının incelenmesi için SEM analizleri yapılmış ve yapılar aydınlatılmıştır. In this study, electrode materials have been synthesized, and the chemical compatibility of the electrode with commonly used electrolytes for solid oxide fuel cell applications have been checked. Classical solid state reaction method were used in electrode synthesis. Stoichiometric mixtures of starting materials were grounded with the help of acetone to get homogeneous mixture, and then were calcined in high temperature. Electrolyte synthesis were carried out by the hydrothermal method. Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs); were consisted of electrode group, electrolyte and interconnection materials. Chemical compatibility of the electrode with electrolyte is considerably important. This compatibility was investigated by chemical compatibility test and XRD analysis. Thermal analysis were used to determine the exact stoichiometry of the starting materials. Conductivities of the samples have been determined by impedance measurements, and the surface structure, and pore dimension have been determined by SEM measurements.
