Bu tez çalışmasında, kemometrik kalibrasyon yöntemlerinden kısmi en küçük kareler yöntemi (PLS), temel bileşen regresyonu yöntemi (PCR) ve çoklu lineer regresyon yöntemi (MLR) karbondioksitli bir içecek numunesinde bulunan karamel, allura red, tartrazin ve sunset yellow renk maddelerinin aynı anda miktar tayinlerine hiç bir ayırma işlemi kullanmaksızın başarıyla uygulanmıştır. Bu yöntemler uygulanmadan önce temel bileşen analizi (PCA) hesaplamalara uygulanmıştır. UVGörünür Alan Spektroskopisi, Potansiyometri ve Yüksek Performans Sıvı Kromatografisi (HPLC) yöntemlerinden elde edilen veriler kemometrik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kemometrik yöntemler için 0,4-16 .g / mL doğrusal çalışma aralığında karamel, allura red, tartrazin ve sunset yellow içeren farklı konsantrasyonlarda 16 adet yapay karışım çözeltisinden ibaret olan bir dizi hazırlanmıştır. UV yönteminde kalibrasyon setinin 260 - 560 nm aralığında absorpsiyon spektrumu kaydedilmiştir. Kalibrasyon dizisi ve bu dizi ile elde edilen absorpsiyon verileri arasındaki ilişkiden yararlanılarak üç kemometrik kalibrasyon oluşturulmuştur. PLS, PCR ve MLR yöntemlerinin validasyonu, karamel, allura red, tartrazin ve sunset yellow içeren sentetik karışımların analiziyle gerçekleştirimiştir. Potansiyometrik yöntemde ise 0,6-2,2 mL aralığında PLS kalibrasyon için hazırlanan kalibrasyon dizisinin Ml aralığında ..= 0,05 mL aralıklarla mV değerleri okunmuştur. Elde edilen potansiyometrik veriler yine üç kemometrik yöntemle değerlendirilmiştir. HPLC ile ölçümler beş farklı dalga boyunda DAD dedektör yardımıyla yapılmıştır. Kullanılan istatistik program ile HPLC için kalibrasyon dizisinin pik alanı oranı (renk maddesi/IS) ve konsantrasyon değerlerinin varyans-kovaryans matriksleri hesaplandı. PLS, PCR and MLR yöntemlerinin aralığında karamel, allura red, tartrazin ve sunset yellow içeren karışımların analizin uygulamasında, % geri kazanım sonuçları ile karşılık gelen bağıl standart sapma değerleri şu şekildedir. PLS yönteminde karamel için % 100,064 ile % 1,93, allura red için % 98,9042 ile % 2,11, tartrazin için % 98,8317 ile %1,92, sunset yellow için % 99,9983 ile % 0,019 (UV), karamel için % 99,4411 ile % 1,95, allura red için % 99,4235 ile % 2,11, tartrazin için % 98,9494 ile %1,38, sunset yellow için % 99,3190 ile % 0,85 (potansiyometri), allura red için % 98,9107 ile % 2,17, tartrazin için % 100,4751 ile %1,12, sunset yellow için % 99,8231 ile % 0,61 (HPLC); PCR yönteminde karamel için % 99,6694 ile % 0,70 , allura red için % 99,1872 ile % 1,32, tartrazin için % 99,4778 ile %1,50, sunset yellow için % 100,0652 ile % 0,092 (UV), karamel için % 100,288 ile % 1,64, allura red için % 99,4055 ile % 1,47, tartrazin için % 100,4751 ile %1,11, sunset yellow için % 99,2810 ile % 1,14 (potansiyometri), allura red için % 99,2622 ile % 1,12, tartrazin için % 100,021 ile %1,10, sunset yellow için % 99,9534 ile % 0,23 (HPLC); MLR yönteminde karamel için % 99,3014 ile % 1,05 , allura red için % 98,6523 ile % 1,71, tartrazin için % 100,3765 ile %0,53, sunset yellow için % 99,8151 ile % 1,08 (UV), karamel için % 99,4861 ile % 0,89, allura red için % 99,0044 ile % 1,67, tartrazin için % 100,5346 ile % 0,52, sunset yellow için % 100,0682 ile % 1,10 (potansiyometri), allura red için % 99,5149 ile % 1,54, tartrazin için % 100,5517 ile % 0,52, sunset yellow için % 100,0447 ile % 0,70 (HPLC) olarak bulundu. Sonraki basamakta PCR, PLS ve MLR yöntemleri, ticari içecek numunesindeki karamel, allura red, tartrazin ve sunset yellowun aynı anda miktar tayinlerine uygulandı. PCR, PLS ve MLR kalibrasyon yöntemleriyle hesaplanan deneysel veriler istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırıldı ve sonuçlar arasında iyi bir uyum gözlendi. In this thesis, three different chemometric calibration methods (principle component regression (PCR), partial least square (PLS) and multiple linear regression (MLR) were successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of caramel, allura red, tartrazine and sunset yellow in food beverage sample without using any separation step. Before applying these methods, principal component analysis (PCA) was applied in the calculations. The data of UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Potentiometry, and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method applied to the chemometric calculations. Chemometric methods for 0.4 to 16 .g / mL, the linear o perating range of caramel, allura red, tartrazine and sunset yellow solution containing different concentrations of 16 consisting of a set of artificial mixtures were prepared. UV Method calibration sets 260 to 560 nm range absorption spectra were recorded.
