Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Rosa L. (Rosaceae) cinsine ait 23 türün palinolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, palinolojik olarak türlerin birbirlerden farklı özelliklere sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Palinolojik incelemeler herbaryum örneklerinden ve canlı bitkilerden hazırlanan preperatlar ile yapılmıştır. Palinolojik çalışmalarda türlere ait polen preperatları Wodehouse (1935)'a göre hazırlanarak polenler ışık mikroskobunda incelenmiştir. Her bir tür için polen tanımları yapılmıştır. Rosa L. cinsine ait türlerin polen şekli oblate-spheroidal ve suboblate; polen tipi tricolporatae, tetracolporatae ve syncolporatae; ornementasyon (sculpture) striate; polen yapısı (structure) tectatae.dir. Polen morfolojisi incelenen 23 tür, polenlerinin apertür sayıları göz önünde tutularak 4 kategoriye ayrılmıştır. Birinci kategoride sadece tricolporatae; ikinci kategoride tricolporatae ve syncolporatae; üçüncü kategoride tricolporatae ve tetracolporatae; dördüncü kategoride ise tricolporatae, tetracolporatae ve syncolporatae polenlere sahip taksonlar bulunmuştur. In this study, palinologic charasteristics of 23 species were examined which belong to Rosa L. In Turkey. At the end of the researches , it was determined that species have different characteristics as palinological. Palinological examinations were done with herbarium examples and preperats which are prepared from alive plants. During palinological examinations, pollen preperats that belong to species were prepared according to Wodehouse (1935) and pollens were examined at light microscopes. Pollen definitions were done for each species. It is examined that Species. which belongs to Rosa L. shape is oblate-spheroidal and suboblate , the sort of pollen is tricolporatae, tetracolporatae and syncolporatae; ornamentation (sculpture) striate, the structure of pollen is tectatae 23 species of which polen morphologies are examined, was separated into four categories according to pollens. apertures.
