In this thesis study, reports of fire in 01 October 2005- 30 November 2010 that are taken from Head of department of Antalya Metropolitan municipality converted into to assessable data. Then these data evaluated by using Microsoft Office 2003 Home Editition Excel. Based on the obtained results, it was determined that maximum fires occur in the region coded as number two. In this region, two district identified randomly an then at the building of district, construction connection lines of district, rising main installations of district , electrical devices used inside of building of district, and electrical installations of residential of district, analyses of risk of fire were made. While this analysis was made, suitability to regulations of .Electrical Interior Facilities Regulation. published by TMMOB Chamber of Electrical Engineers and principles about the measure, details and application areas of energy room published by General Directorate of TEDAS were gotten as reference. At the light of studies made on data, it is determined that at the dwellin in this two district chosen randomly, construction connection lines and rising main installations did not fit with determined standard. It was concluded that electrical installation in the dwelling and element of protection made a fuss consistently because installation projects did not compute according to using of air conditioner, water heater and electrical heater before 2004.
