Bu tez çalışmasında, endüstriyel bir tesiste baca gazından çıkan atık ısının büyük bir enerji potansiyeline sahip olduğundan bu ısı enerjisi geri kazanılarak çift etkili absorbsiyonlu soğutma sisteminde kullanılmıştır.Çift etkili absorbsiyonlu soğutma sistemi ile atık ısıdan faydalanarak soğutma işlemi yapılmıştır. Bu işlemde ilk olarak, endüstriyel tesisten atılan ısı enerji potansiyeli hesaplanmıştır. Bu ısı enerjisi absorbsiyonlu sistemin generatöründe kullanılarak tesisin tutkal odaları veya proses işlemlerin soğutulmasında kullanılacaktır.Bu absorbsiyonlu soğutma sisteminde çalışma akışkanı olarak LiBr-su eriyiği kullanılmıştır. LiBr–su eriyiğinin termodinamik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için literatürde mevcut matematiksel denklemler kullanılmıştır. LiBr- su çözseltisinin sıcaklık ve konsantrasyon aralıklarına göre entalpi ve entropi değerleri matematiksel denklemler ile bulunmuştur. Bulunan veriler ışığında sistemin performans katsayı, elemanların faklı sıcaklıklar da COP karşılaştırması ve ekserji analizi yapılmıştır.Bu analiz sonucunda sistem elemanlarının sıcaklık değerlerinin sistem performansını etkilediği, COP değerinin 1’in üzerine çıktığı, COP’nin yüksek olması için her bir buharlaştırıcı kondenser sıcaklığı için bir generatör sıcaklığı olduğu bulunmuştur.Sistemin ekserji verimi ise faklı sıcaklıklarda hesaplanmış ve karşılaştırması yapılmıştır.Çift etkili absorbsiyonlu sistemin teorik olarak tüm analizlerinin yapıldığı bu çalışma, ülkemizde bu sistemlerin tasarımı ve imalatı konusunda yapılacak araştırmalar için önemli bir kaynak oluşturacaktır. Because the waste heat in the discharged chimney gas of an industrial facility has a great energy potential, in this thesis study, it has been recycled and used in double effect absorbtion cooling system.Cooling was made with double effect cooling system, using the waste heat. In this process, first, the heat energy potential that is discharged from the industrial facility is calculated. This heat energy will be used in the generator of the absorbtion system and will be utilized in the cooling of the processing, or the glue rooms of the facility.In this absorbtion cooling system, LiBr-water solution was used as the working fluid.The thermodynamic properties of the LiBr-water solution was determined with the help of the mathematical equations present in the literature. The entalphy and the entropy values of the LiBr-water soultion in the temperature and density intervals were determined with the help of the mathematical equations. In light of these data, system’s performance coefficient, COP comparison at different element temperatures, and exergy analyses were conducted.As a result of this analysis, it was found that the temperature values of the elements of the system affect system’s performance, that COP value rises above 1, and that there needs to be an generator temperature for every condenser temperature for COP to be maximum. System’s exergy efficiency was calculated in different temperatures and its comparison was made.This study, in which all theoretical analyses of the double effect absorbtion system were made, will be an important resource for future research in our country on the design and production of such systems.
