Bu çalışmada, Artemia Franciscana'nın yağ asidi kompozisyonu üzerine ticari zenginleştirici ürünlerin etkisi belirlenmiştir. A. franciscana zenginleştirilmesinde red pepper (group I), easy DHA selco (group II), algamac 3050 (group III), kullanılmıştır. A.franciscana 6 ve 12 saatlik zenginleştirme sürelerinde ticari firmanın tavsiye ettiği miktarda beslenmiştir. Ticari ürünlerle zenginleştirilen A. Franciscana'nın yağ asidi kompozisyonunda önemli farklılıklar saptanmıştır. A. Franciscana'da maksimum PUFA (%46,71±1,85) ve DHA( %18,20±3,45) içeriği Algamac 3050 ile beslenenlerde, maksimum EPA (%5,91±0,32) içeriği ise easy DHA selco ile beslenenlerde saptanmıştır. A. Franciscana'nın yağ asidi kompozisyonuna depolama süresinin etkisi önemli (P< 0.05) olup, Algamac 3050 ile beslenenlerde en yüksek PUFA (%46,71±1,85) içeriği 48. saatte alınan numunede tespit edilmiştir. In this study, it was determinated effect of commercial enrichment diets on fatty acid composition of Artemia franciscana. A. franciscana were enriched using three commercial enrichment red pepper (group I), easy DHA selco (group II), algamac 3050 (group III), matched manufacturers recomend feeding amount for enrichment diets and three enrichment durations for 6 h ve 12 h. Considerable differences were found in fatty acid composition of A. franciscana fed with commercial enrichment diets. A. franciscana fed with algamac 3050 contains considerable amounts of PUFA (%46.71±1.85) and DHA (%18.20±3.45) though the highest EPA (%5.91±0.32) content enriched with fed A. franciscana easy DHA selco group were obtained. It was found the highest value of PUFA ((%46.71±1.85) content with fed Algamac 3050 at 48 h. while storage duration significant (P< 0.05) effect of fatty acid compositions of A. franciscana Keywords: Artemia franciscana, enrichment, fatty acid.
