Bu tez çalışmasında, tek ve çift bindirmeli yapıştırma bağlantılarında, yapıştırıcıda meydana gelen gerilmelerin analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bindirme bölgesinde çatlak olması halinde meydana gelen kırılma davranışı araştırılmıştır. Levha genişliği, levha kalınlığı, bindirme uzunluğu ve yapıştırıcı kalınlığı gibi geometrik parametrelerin yapıştırıcıda meydana gelen gerilmeler üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır.Nümerik analiz Cornell Üniversitesi tarafından geliştirilen Franc2D/L sonlu eleman paket programı yardımıyla yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçları grafik ve tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Yapılan analiz sonucunda yapıştırıcıda meydana gelen kayma gerilmelerini etkileyen en önemli geometrik parametrelerin levha genişliği ve bindirme uzunluğu olduğu saptanmıştır. Levha genişliğinin artması her iki doğrultudaki yapıştırıcı kayma gerilmelerini artırmıştır. Levha kalınlığının artması yapıştırıcıda hem zy hem zx yününde meydana gelen kayma gerilmelerini artırmıştır. Diğer bir geometrik parametre olan yapıştırıcı kalınlığı arttıkça her iki doğrultuda yapıştırıcıda meydana gelen kayma gerilmelerinin azaldığı gözlenmiştir. Tüm parametrelerde zx doğrultusundaki yapıştırıcı gerilmelerinin neredeyse tümü bası gerilmesi olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca bindirme bölgesinde çatlaklar başlatılmış ve bu çatlakların K1 değerlerinin geometrik parametrelerle değişimi araştırılmıştır. In this thesis, the stress analysis on single-lap and double-lap bonded joints, which is used for joined two composite plates each other with adhesive, is investigated numerically. The effects of geometrical parameters such as the plate thickness, the plate width, the overlap length and the adhesive thickness on the joint strength have been researched. Numerical analysis is performed using Franc2D/L finite element packaged software developed by Cornell University for solution. The obtained results are presented with graphs and tables. It has been observed that plate thickness and overlap length have a significant influence on the shear stresses occurred in the adhesive. The increasing of the adherent thickness has increased both shear stress and shear stress growing up in the adhesive. The overlap length has a influence on the shear stresses . Other geometrical parameter is adhesive thickness. The shear stress magnitude decreases with the increasing of the adhesive thickness. The stress magnitude increases with the increasing of the adherent width. The shear stress ( ) have appeared compressive stress in all parameters. Also cracks have been progressed in overlap region.
