Isparta Gölcük Tabiat Parkı’nda yayılış gösteren yaban domuzu ve yaban tavşanı popülasyonun ekolojisi ve tür bolluk derecelerinin tespiti ile ilgili olan bu çalışma 2011-2012 yılları arasında sürmüştür. Çalışma ön etüt, popülasyon envanteri ve ekolojisinin tespitinde habitat tercihlerinin belirlenmesi, verilerin büro ortamında değerlendirilmesi olmak üzere üç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ön etüt aşamasında literatür taraması ve arazide kullanılacak olan haritaların elde edilmesi yapılmıştır.Habitat tercihinin belirlenmesi sırasında Var-yok tarama metodu uygulanarak habitat kullanımları tespit edilmiştir. Toplam 106 hat ve 2655 plotta gerçekleştirilen sayımlarda nispi frekans kullanım indisi ve istatiksel analizlere göre domuzun habitat tercihinde Karaçam gençliği ve diğer ormanlık alanları daha fazla tercih ettiği, Akasya ormanı ve Ziraat alanlarını yazın daha fazla tercih ettiği, bakı tercihinde güney bakılara nazaran günün saatlerine göre değişen gölgelik alanları tercih ettiği bulunmuştur. Tavşanın habitat tercihinde yine Karaçam gençliği ve Orman içi açıklık alanlar en çok tercih edilen alanlar olarak çıkmıştır. Diğer alanlarda otsu türlerin kurumaya başlamasıyla Çalı-Step alanları en çok sonbaharda tercih etmektedir.Ayrıca Akasya ormanını yazın yüksek bir oranla tercih etmesi dikkat çekmektedir.Bakı tercihinde doğu ve kuzey bakıları daha az tercih ettiği, batı ve güney bakıları daha çok tercih ettiği görülmektedir. Hedef türlerin kenar etkisine bakıldığına kenar sayısı artıkça her iki tür için, türlerin habitatları kullanım dereceleri artmaktadır.Popülasyon envanterinde ışıkla sayım yöntemine göre, Yaban domuzunun ortalama yoğunluğu 2,3 adet/100ha; Yaban tavşanın ortama yoğunluğu 2,7 adet/100ha olarak bulunmuştur. Domuzun yoğunluğu mevcut çalışmalara göre düşük ancak ülkemizin ortalama yoğunluğundan yüksektir. Tavşanın yoğunluğu ise literatür ve ülkemizin ortalama yoğunluğuna göre paralel yöndedir. In this master thesis, aimed population inventory and bringing out habitat preferences of Wild boar (Sus scrofa L.) and Brown hare (Lepus capensis L.) in Isparta-Gölcük Nature Park, was carried out in the year 2011-2012. The study was performed in three stages consisted of general survey, investigation of habitat preferences, population inventory and evaluation of the data in office. In the general survey, reviewed of the literature and obtained the maps in the field. While defining habitat preference, habitat using was determined by applying "Presence or Absence Method". It was observed that in 2655 total plot areas and 106 lines censuses, carried out in accordance with the relative frequency of use index and statistical analysis, the choice of a Wild boar was black pine and other forested areas. Agricultural areas and Acacia forest was more preferred in the summer. Depending on the time of the day the wild boar preferred shady areas rather than the south. Likewise, habitat preferences of Brown hares came out as black pine forest and open-space in the forest. Brown hares preferred the shrub-steppe areas after beginning to dry herbaceous in the autumn. In addition, their high preference of Acacia forest type is remarkable in summer. It was observed that Brown hare preferred western and southern aspect, less than the eastern and northern aspects. Looking at the both target species, the more the number of edge increases, the more degrees of utilization rises in habitat. According to the light method of inventory population 2,3 individuals/100ha average density of Wild boar, medium density of Brown hare 2,7 individuals/100ha was found. The current studies shows that intensity of the Wild boar in our area is higher than that of Turkey. As for the Brown hare, its density is parallel to density of the species in Turkey and the same rate as in the literature.
