Isparta ili son yıllarda önemli bir hava kirliliği sorunu ile karşı karşıyadır. Bu sorunun önemli bir kısmını konutlar, sanayi kuruluşları gibi sabit emisyon kaynaklarından atmosfere bırakılan kirleticilerin ve bunların taşınımında etkili olan meteorolojik olaylar oluşturmaktadır.Bu çalışmada 2007-2012 yıllarına ait beş kış dönemi (Ekim-Mart) için gözlemlenen, meteoroloji ve hava kalitesi günlük verileri kullanılarak çoklu doğrusal regresyon modelde stepwise selection yöntemi ile SO2 ve PM için toplam altı model elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen modeller ayrı ayrı kullanılarak 2011-2012 kış dönemi için SO2 ve PM tahminleri yapılmıştır. Kullanılan modellerin tahmin performansları ortalama hata karenin karekökü ( RMSE), uyum İndeksi (IA ) ve korelâsyon katsayısı (R2) yardımıyla belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, model performanslarını belirleme ve bağımsız parametrelerin seçiminde sıkça kullanılan, kirletici ve meteoroloji değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tanımlayan çapraz korelasyon değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.İstatistiksi değerlendirmelere göre 2011-2012 kış dönemi için kükürt dioksit modellerine ait performans değerlerine baktığımızda; Ortalama hata karenin karekökü düşük olması beklenirken uyum indeksi ve korelâsyon katsayısı yüksek olması beklenir. Bu değerler incelendiğinde ortalama hata karenin karekökü değeri 58,5 civarında, uyum indeksi değeri 0,90 civarında, korelâsyon katsayısı değeri ise 0,84 civarında olmaktadır. Bu dönemdeki kükürt dioksit değerleri için en iyi tahmin üçüncü model denklemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2011-2012 kış dönemi için partikül madde modellerine ait performans değerleri incelendiğinde ortalama hata karenin karekökü değeri 112 civarında, uyum indeksi değeri 0,89 civarında, korelâsyon katsayısı değeri ise 0,70 civarında olmaktadır. Bu dönemdeki partikül madde değerleri için en iyi tahmin birinci ve üçüncü model ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Isparta city significantly have faced with the problem of air pollution in recent years. The pollutants released to the atmosphere from fixed emission sources such as the dwelling units, industry associations and the meteorological events which are effective transporting these pollutants causes a large part of this problem.In this study, totally six models are obtained for SO2 and PM by stepwise selection model in the multiple linear regression model by using daily data of meteorology and air quality observed for five years belonging to 2007-2012 winter periods (October-March). For the winter season 2011-2012, SO2 and PM predictions are made by separately using the obtained models. The prediction performances of the models are stated with the help of average error square root (RMSE), fit index (IA) and correlation coefficient (R2). Besides, cross correlation assessment which frequently used in stating model performances and selecting independent parameters; Which defines the relationship between pollutants and meteorological variables is made.When we look at the performance values belonging to sulfur dioxide models including 2011-2012 winter period statistic assessments, it is expected that square root mean error to be low, fit index and correlation coefficient to be high. When these values are analyzed, it is seen that values for square root mean error is about 58,5, fit index is about 0,90 and correlation coefficient is about 0,84. The best estimation for sulfur dioxide values in this period is achieved by using the third model equation. When we survey performance values belonging to particulate matter models in 2011-2012 winter periods, it is seen that values for square root mean error is about 112, fit index is about 0,89 and correlation coefficient is about 0,70. The best estimation for particulate matter models in this period is achieved by using the first and third pattern model equation.
