Bir maden işletmesinde maliyet teşkil eden parametrelerin başında hammadde temini gelmektedir. Hammadde üretim maliyetlerinin en önemli parametrelerinden biri de patlatma deliklerinin delinmesi işidir. Delme işlemlerinde istenen verimde çalışılmaması durumunda hem işletmede iş organizasyonu hem de üretim maliyeti önemli ölçüde olumsuz yönde etkilenecektir. Bu tez çalışmasında Göltaş A.Ş’ye ait kireçtaşı ve marn ocaklarında kullanılan Atlas Copco ROC F7 model delici makineye ait farklı uç tipleri kullanılarak delik verimlerinde gerçekleşen değişimler incelenmiştir. Delik verimlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla arazide delik delme hızları (PR) belirlenmiştir. Alınan pasalardan pasa irilik katsayıları (PİK) hesaplanmış, laboratuvar ortamında ise her kayaç için delme oranı indeksileri (DRI) belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, ocaklarda üretilen kayaçların fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bütün veriler birlikte değerlendirilerek 3 farklı delici uç tipi için delme verimleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Raw material procurement is among the primary cost constituting parameters in a mining operation. One of the most important parameters of the raw material cost is puncture of the blasthole. Unability to attain the desired productivity affects both working organization of the business and cost of production. In this study, the change in the blasthole productivity by using different drills of Atlas Copco ROC F7 drilling machine used in the limestone and marl mine pit belonging to Göltaş Co. Penetration rates (PR) were determined in the pit to find the productivity of blasthole. The coarseness index (PIK) was calculated from the extracted rock chipping samples and drilling rate index (DRI) for each rock in the laboratory was determined. Physical and mechanical tests were properties determined of rocks. Pit production productivities of the three different drill bits were compared in the light of evaluation of the all the collected data. It was tried to determine the appropriate bit type bit for the efficiany drilling rates in the pit. Keywords: Drill Bit, Penetration Rate, Drilling Rate Index (DRI)
