In this thesis; historical development and theoretical foundations of electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic interference are investigated. Shielding, which is one of the methods used for electromagnetic compatibility are discussed in detail.Focused on the types and levels of electromagnetic shielding.Use of space and the importance of the element boron is described. Given information about the boron compound of boron carbide applicated the fabric used as a shielding material.A test system established by minimizing chamber room logic and used for the measurements. In this set up, try to simulate two room which is isolated with fabric.Finally the results obtained are analyzed.
