Bu tezde, yarı ampirik hesaplama yöntemleri ve Ab initio kuantum mekaniksel yöntemler ile elde edilen teoriksel sonucu eter...H2O...X (X=HCN, CH3CN, C2H2) komplekslerinin hidrojen bağı özellikleri incelendi.Monomer, dimer ve trimer yapılarının enerjilerinin hesabı, bağ uzunluklarının hesapları yapılıp, hidrojen bağının kuvvetinin ne derecede değiştiği incelendi. Yarı ampirik yöntemlerin (PM3, PM6, RM1, PDG) doğrulanması için; monomer, dimer, trimer yapılarının yapısal ve enerji değerleri hesaplandı. Kuantum mekaniksel yöntemlerle (DFT, MP2) QUICKSTEP (CP2K, 2004) ve GAUSSIAN 03 (Gaussian 03, 2003) programları kullanılarak literatürdeki bulunan deneysel değerlerle karşılaştırılmaları yapıldı ve bulunan sonuçlar yorumlandı. In this thesis, hydrogen bonding species of ether...H2O...X (X = HCN, CH3CN, C2H2) complexes obtained by the Ab initio quantum mechanical and semi-empirical calculation methods and the theoretical results were investigated.The account of monomers, dimers and trimers energies, and the bond length calculations have been made and the hydrogen bond strength has been examined to what extent it has changed. For the verification of semi-empirical methods (PM3, PM6, RM1, PDG), the structural and relative energy values of monomer, dimer, and trimers were calculated, QUICKSTEP (CP2K, 2004) and GAUSSIAN 03 (Gaussian 03, 2003) programs with quantum mechanical methods (DFT, MP2) was used and compared with the experimental data in the literature and the results were interpreted.
