Bu tez çalışmasında, Isparta İli’nde yapılacak alternatif turizm türleri ve yerleri CBS araçları kullanılarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için, önce insanların en çok tercih ettikleri Isparta İli’ndeki turizm etkinlikleri ve bu etkinliklere ait değerlendirme faktörleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu faktörlerin, uzman görüşleri de alınarak, "uygunluk sınıfı değerleri" çizelgeleri oluşturulmuştur.Değerlendirme faktörleri doğrultusunda araştırma alanına ait doğal ve kültürel özellikler belirlenmiş ve bilgisayar ortamında CBS programı ile veri tabanı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan veri tabanı, etkinliklere ait değerlendirme faktörlerine göre sorgulanarak her etkinlik için en uygun ve koşullu uygun alanlar belirlenmiştir.Bu araştırma kapsamında ele alınan etkinlikler arasında alan için en uygun olan etkinlikler at ile gezinti, dağ bisikleti, dağcılık, kamping/çadırlı kamp, kayak ve trekking etkinliği olarak bulunmuştur. In this study, it was determined the types and locations of alternative tourism in Isparta province with using GIS tools. To achieve this goal , the most preferred tourism activities in Isparta province 's have been determined and than assessment factors of these activities have been identified. These factors were determined, on the opinions of experts, "suitable values classes” charts were created.Natural and cultural features in accordance with the evaluation factors were identified in the field of research and computerized GIS database was created with this program. The generated data base, evaluation of events and conditional factors, the most appropriate for each activity being questioned by the appropriate areas were identified.Activities undertaken as part of this research, which is the most suitable for the activities of horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, camping / tent camping, skiing and trekking activity was found.
