Bilgisayar özellikleri bulunan mobil haberleşme ve bilişim cihazları gelişmiş donanımsal ve yazılımsal özelliklerinden dolayı başta tıp, eğitim, taşımacılık, güvenlik, spor, turizm, jeodezi, inşaat ve askeri alanlar gibi pek çok alan için hazırlanan uygulamalarıyla yaygın olarak kullanılır hale gelmiştir.Bu tez çalışmasında da üzerinde GPS ve ivme sensörü barındıran mobil haberleşme cihazları kullanılarak karayolları üstyapı bozuklukları tespit edebilecek bir sistem tasarımı ve uygulaması gerçekleşmiştir.Tasarlanan sistem mobil cihaz üzerinde geliştirilen veri toplama yazılımı ve uzak bir PC üzerinde geliştirilen veri işleme ve değerlendirme yazılımlarından oluşmaktadır. Araç üzerinde sabitlenen mobil cihaz sürüş sırasındaki aracın 3 boyutlu düzlemdeki ivme değişimlerini takip ederek, üstyapı bozukluğu kabul edilebilecek düzeydeki noktalara ait ivme verilerini, yönünü ve koordinat değerlerini bir paket halinde hazırlamaktadır. Hazırlanan paketler haberleşme ağı üzerinden veri işleme ve değerlendirme merkezine iletilmekte, DBSCAN kümeleme ve ağırlıklı aritmetik ortalamalar yöntemi algoritmaları ile üstyapı bozukluğu bulunan yeri tespit edilmektedir.Araştırma sonunda tasarlanan sistem ile yol profil verileri ve bu verilere ait konum bilgileri tespit edilmiştir. Mobile communication and computing devices which have computer features due to advanced hardware and software features, particularly in medicine, education , transport , security, sports, tourism , geodesy , construction and military applications, such as those commonly has become prepared for used in many areas.In this study, mobile communication devices on the host using GPS and accelerometer sensor system design and implementation of road pavement was able to detect disorders.The designed system consist a sowtware which is developed data collection software on the mobile device and developed on a remote PC which make data processing and evaluation. Fixed on the car during driving the vehicle's threedimensional plane changes in the mobile device by following the acceleration, acceptable level of disorder of body acceleration data points, the direction and the coordinate values is preparing a package of, the direction and the coordinate values is preparing in a package. For the packets transmitted via a communication network data processing and evaluation center, and the weighted arithmetic mean method DBSCAN clustering algorithms in the location and type of disorder is determined superstructure.At the end of the research, , road profile data and location information of the data have been identified with the designed system.
