Rosaceae familyası üyesi olan Gül cinsi (Rosa L.), çiçeklerin kraliçesi olarak bilinen ve bu gün dünyada en fazla kültürü yapılan süs bitkilerinin başında gelmektedir. Türkiye, gül biyoçeşitliliğinde önemli bir ülke olmasına rağmen bu zenginlik yeterince ekonomiye kazandırılamamıştır. Türkiye'nin ekonomik açıdan önemli olan peyzaj gülerini belirlemek ve bu güllerin botanik özelliklerini ortaya koymak; peyzaj güllerinden vb. meydana gelen atıkların değerlendirilmesi amacıyla solucan gübresi üretimine yönelik ön denemeler yapmak ve organik gübrelerin gül yetiştirmedeki rolünü anlamak çalışmanın amaçlarını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, 3 yıl sürmüştür. Genotipleri tanımlama işlemleri GÜL Herbaryumu'nda, SDÜ Botanik bahçesindeki dikilen güllerde ve serada; güllerde gübre denemesi serada; atıkların değerlendirilmesi çalışmaları ise AKME Ltd. Şti. (Burdur) tesislerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.Çalışmanın bitkisel materyalini TUBITAK TOVAG 105 O 627 no.lu proje kapsamında ülke genelinden toplanarak SDÜ Botanik Bahçesi'nde yetiştirilmekte ve sergilenmekte olan peyzaj amaçlı güller oluşturmaktadır. Yaklaşık 300 genotip üzerinde botanik amaçlı karakterizasyon çalışmaları; 297 bitki üzerinde serada perlit ortamında üretim çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Karakterizasyon çalışmalarının metodu tarafımızdan geliştirilmiştir, tezin ilgili kısmında formlar halinde verilmektedir. Tezin ana finansörü olan SAN-TEZ projesi (01177.STZ.2011-2) kapsamında gülleri üretme, budama ve bakım çalışmaları sırasında meydana gelen atıklar fermente edilerek çiftlik gübresi ile farklı dozlarda karıştırılarak yem haline getirilmiş ve solucanlara yedirilmiştir. Solucan sayısının ve yemin bileşiminin farklılığının ürüne yansıması anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Güllerin çelikten üretim denemeleri sırasında yarasa gübresi, solucan gübresi ve bir ticari organik gübre (humik asit) denenmiş, sonuçları kaydedilmiştir.Çalışma konumuzu oluşturan peyzajda kullanılacak olan yerli gül çeşitlerini tespit hakkında akademik amaçlı ilk çalışmadır. Toplam olarak 72 gül genotipi tanımlanmıştır. Çalışmaları yaparken gülcülük üzerine bazı teknik terimleri tanımlamaya ihtiyaç duyulmuştur.Gübre denemelerinde; sıvı gübreler kısa sürede etkisini göstermesine rağmen katı gübreler daha uzun süre etkisini göstermektedir. Solucan gübresinin bileşimi de solucana yem olarak verilen atığa göre değişmektedir. Solucanlarda genel başarılı oran %50 atık, %50 sığır gübresi şeklinde hazırlanan yemlerdedir. Bu sonuçlara göre; R. damascena var. semperflorens bitkilerinde sıvı yarasa gübresinin % 30'a; katı yarasa gübresinin ise %10'a seyreltilmiş olanı daha fazla olumlu sonuç vermektedir. Yarasa gübresi uygulamalarında % 30'a seyreltilmiş sıvı gübrenin daha olumlu sonuç vermesinin yanında bitkiler gelişmelerinin ilk evrelerinde strese maruz kaldığı için birey sayısında en fazla azalma bu grupta gözlenmiştir.Solucan gübresi için tesis kurulduktan sonra üretim maliyeti oldukça ucuzdur. Piyasada 1 Lt sıvı solucan gübresi plastik bidonlarda 50 TL'den, 25 Kg katı solucan gübresi naylon çuvallarda 100 TL'den satılmaktadır. Tesis ışık görmeyen bir ortama kurulursa solucanların dışarı çıkmaması için ışık yakma işlemi gerekmez. Ağır metalleri yüksek oranda solucanların tükettiği denemedeki katı ve sıvı solucan gübrelerinden anlaşılmaktadır. Sadece gül atığı değil, tüm tarımsal ve organik atıkların hatta şehir atık sularından meydana gelen çamurlarının bile bu yolla geri dönüşümü mümkün olabilir. Yeme solucan çok konursa çiftleşme artar, 1 solucan yılda yaklaşık 1500 adete kadar çoğalabilir. Solucan seyrek konursa gübre üretimi artar. Sıvı gübrenin uygulama alanı katıdan daha fazla, ancak etkisi daha az görülmektedir. Sıvı solucan gübresi uygulanan bitki gruplarında tomurcuk ve yaprak oluşum hızı en fazla % 40'lık sıvı solucan gübresinde görülmüştür. Bunu sırasıyla % 30'luk sıvı solucan gübresi, kontrol grubu, % 10'luk sıvı solucan gübresi, %20'lik sıvı solucan gübresi uygulamaları takip etmektedir.Özellikle gül posası (damıtma ve ekstraksiyon sonrası) harika bir solucan yemidir. Yakacak olarak kullanılması ciddi bir ekonomik kayıptır. A member of the Rosaceae family, genus rose (Rosa L.) known as the queen of flowers, and one of the ornamental plants that are the most culture these days in the world. Although Türkiye is an important country to rose-biodiversity, this wealth has not contributed to the economy. There are three aims of this studys: It determines to important of economic landscape roses in Türkiye and it reveals botanical characteristics of roses; for the assessment of the resulting waste from landscape roses, etc., to make preliminary experiment for the production of vermicompost and understand the role of organic fertilizer to rose growing. The study took three year times. Genotypes identification procedures made in GUL Herbarium, greenhouse and planted roses in SDU. Botanical Garden; rose fertilizer experiment was conducted in greenhouse; evaluation of studies of waste was carried out on AKME Co. (Burdur) premises.The study of plant material constitutes collected from across the country, grown in SDU Botanical Garden and purpose of landscaping roses which is exhibited roses that supported by TUBITAK TOVAG No. 105 O 627 project. Botanical characterization studies were conducted on approximately 300 genotypes; production studies were conducted on 297 plants in greenhouse in the perlite. Characterization of the study methods have been developed by ours, in the relevant part of the thesis is given in the form. Our thesis main financier SAN-THESIS project (01177. STZ. 2011-2) scope, waste that occurred producing roses, pruning and during maintenance work it fermented and mixed with different doses of farm yard manure, it has been converted into feed and worm were fed. We tried to be understanding the worms number and reflection of differences in the feed composition of the products. We tried bat guano, worm manure and a commercial organic fertilizer (humic acid) during the rose production from steel, the results were recorded.Our study is the first study for academic purposes that will be used in landscaping on the detection of native varieties of roses. A total of 72 rose genotypes have been identified. Some tecnical terms about rose production were being described.Fertilizer trials show the effects of liquid fertilizers in a short time, although solid fertilizers are later but they effect in a long time. Composition of the worm manure varies according to the waste. The overall success rate in worms; prepared feed with 50 % of waste and 50 % cattle manure. Based on these results; liquid bat guano is 30 %; solid is diluted to 10 % of bat guano, which gives more of a positive result to R. damascena var. semperflorens plants. 30 % diluted liquid bat guano to the more positive side of plants exposed to stress in the early stages of development, the number of individuals for the maximum reduction has been observed in this group. After the establishment of plant for worm fertilizers production costs are quite cheap. 1 liter liquid manure worm in plastic bottle are sold 50 TL, 25 Kg solid worm manure in nylon bags are sold 100 TL in the markets. If the facility establish in an environment not see the light combustion light is not required for prevent egress of worms. Worms consume high amounts of heavy metals, it is understood obtain from solid and liquid manure worms. Not only rose waste, all agricultural and organic waste even if the resulting sludge from municipal waste waters can be recycled in this way. If worms are put dense in feed, mating rate is increase, one worm can multiply up to approximately 1500 per year, if worms put sparse, production of manure is increase. Liquid manure has more application area then solid manure, but the effect is less apparent. Liquid worm fertilizer applied in groups of plants; bud and leaf formation rate up to a maximum of 40 % was observed in liquid manure worms. This was followed by 30 % liquid worm manure, the control group, 10% of liquid worm manure, 20 % of liquid worm manure applications. Especially rose pulp (after distillation and extraction) is a great bait worms. Used as fuel is a serious economic loss.
