Biyoiklimsel konfor durumu; insanın minimum miktarda enerji harcayarak çevresine uyabildiği koşullar şeklinde açıklanmaktadır. İnsan aktivitelerinin büyük bir bölümü, iklimsel olaylara bağlıdır. Dış mekanda rekreasyon aktivitelerini yerine getiren bireyler genellikle bütün iklim elemanlarının direkt etkisine maruz kalırlar. Biyoiklimsel konforun sağlanmasında en önemli bileşenler sıcaklık, bağıl nem, rüzgâr ve radyasyondur. İklimin belirlediği biyoiklimsel konfor planlama açısından önem taşır.Bu çalışmada taşınabilir meteoroloji istasyonu vasıtasıyla, çalışma alanına ait iklimsel veriler elde edilmiş ve bu veriler kullanılarak biyoiklimsel konfor hesabı yapılmıştır. Biyoiklimsel konfor şartlarını hesaplamak ve sorgulamak için Fizyolojik Eşdeğer Sıcaklık (FES)- Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET) -indeksi kullanılmıştır. FES indeksine ait yapılan bütün hesaplamalar, RayMan 2.1 programıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. RayMan programı ile elde edilen FES değerleri, biyoiklimsel konfor sınıflarına göre yüzde dağılım grafikleri ile ortaya konmuştur.Çalışma sonucunda; Isparta kent merkezinde nisan sonundan, haziran ortasına kadar ve ekim ayı içinde fizyolojik açıdan oldukça konforlu koşullar bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Yaz aylarında ve özellikle ağustos ayında yüksek sıcaklık ve güneş radyasyonu nedeniyle konforlu aralık bulunmadığı gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca sabah ve akşam iklim koşullarının daha soğuk, öğleden sonra ise daha sıcak hissedildiği belirlenmiştir. The situation of bioclimatic comfort is the conditions that human can adapt itself to enviroment by spending minimum amount of energy. A large part of human activities depend on climatic events. The individuals who fulfill outdoor recreation activities are usually exposed to the direct effects of all climatic elements. The most important components of providing bioclimatic comfortare temperature are relative humudity, wind and radiation. The bioclimatic comfort that is determined by the climate is important for planning. In this study, the climatic data belong to the determined area were obtained by the portable weather station and the bioclimatic comfort was evaluated by using these data. Physiological Equivalent Temperature(PET) index was used to calculate and examine the bioclimatic comfort conditions. All the calculations of PET index were done by the program RayMan 2.1. The PET values which obtained by RayMan programme were presented according to bioclimatic comfort classes by graphics of percentage distribution. As the result of the study, in the city centre of Isparta, it is revealed that there are physiologically quite comfortable conditions from the end of April to the middle of June and in October. It is determined that there is no comfortable interval during summer months and especially in August because of the high temperature and solar radiation. Furthermore, it is determined that the climatic conditions are felt colder in the morning and evening and warmer in the afternoon.
