İnsan faaliyetleri veya doğal afetler sonucu bozulan veya tahrip edilen peyzaj alanları, çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik koşullar doğrultusunda iyileştirilmesi (rehabilitasyon), farklı amaçlarla geliştirilmesi (reklamasyon) ve korunması kapsamında planlanması/tasarlanması, uygulanması ve yönetilmesi peyzaj onarımı olarak ifade edilmektedir.Mermer ocaklarında yapılacak peyzaj onarım çalışmalarının amacı, öncelikle bozulan ekosistemin yeniden oluşturulması ve iyileştirilmesini (Rehabilitasyon) sağlamak veya doğal yapısı değişen bu alanları farklı amaçlar doğrultusunda kullanarak (Reklamasyon) geri kazanımını ve geliştirilmesini sağlamaktır. Bu nedenle mermer ocaklarında peyzaj onarımı kapsamında, hangi kullanım seçeneklerinin kullanılacağı ve kullanılacak seçeneklerin önceliklerinin belirlenmesi önemlidir.Bu çalışma bir mermer ocağı işletmesi model alınarak yapılmıştır. Mermer ocağı faaliyetleri sonucu ortaya çıkan bozulmuş alanlar için farklı kullanım seçeneklerinin, seçenekler için önceliklerinin ve uygun fonksiyonların belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir.Bu amaçla, Isparta –Eğirdir ilçesi sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren bir mermer ocağı çalışma alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle alanın doğal ve kültürel özellikleri belirlenmiş ve ArcGIS 10.1 yardımıyla bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmıştır. Çalışma alanı için ve kullanılacak seçenekler için en uygun değerlendirme ölçütleri seçilmiş ve daha sonrasında kendi içinde ilgili alt bileşenlere ayrılmış, göstergelerine kadar detaylandırılmıştır. Çalışma alanı için öngörülen kullanım seçenekleri için alan yöneticileri (n=7) tarafından ön eleme yapılmış ve alan için dört kullanım seçeneği (orman, ziraat, turizm-rekreasyon, yenilenebilir enerji) belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen seçenekler için seçenekler ve ölçütler karşılaştırma formları hazırlanmış ve bu formları akademisyenlerden (n=28) oluşan uzman grubu tarafından değerlendirmiştir.Elde edilen veriler ELECTRE yöntemi içerisinde analiz edilmiş ve çalışma alanının karakteri doğrultusunda seçeneklerin öncelik sıralaması yapılmıştır. Bulunan seçenekler için fonksiyonlar öngörülmüş ve konu ile ilgili uzmanlar tarafından (n=20) fonksiyonlar için puanlamalar yapılmıştır. Sıralama tekniği kullanılarak mermer ocağı örneğinde fonksiyonlar belirlenmiştir. Alana özgü belirlenen en uygun fonksiyonlar kullanılarak, mermer ocağı modelinde öneri gelişim konsepti hazırlanmış, uygulamaya yönelik kurallar ve öneriler getirilmiştir. Landscape restoration is defined as the planning/design and application of several biological and technical methods based on the environmental, social and economic circumstances on the landscapes that were degraded or ruined by human activities or as a result of natural disasters within the framework of amelioration (rehabilitation), promoting for various purposes (reclamation) as well as protection.The objective of the landscape restoration that will be conducted in marble quarries is primarily to reconstitute and ameliorate (rehabilitation) the ecosystem disturbed as well as to make use of these sites for other purposes (promotion) in the long run. Hence, it is of great significance to designate areas of usage as well as the priorities of these usages within the framework of marble quarries landscape restoration.This study was conducted by modeling a marble quarry and had the objective of designating areas of usage for degraded sites as well as determining the priorities and suitable functions of these usages.For this purpose, a marble quarry operating within the boundaries of Isparta-Eğirdir district was selected. The natural and cultural attributes of the working site were primarily determined and filed via ArcGIS10.1. The most suitable evaluation criteria for the working site and areas of usage (alternatives) were selected and analyzed into their components. They were also detailed including their indicators. Alternatives proposed for the working site were screened by site directors (n=7) before selection. They came up with four areas of usage (forest, cultivation, tourism-recreation, renewable energy) for the site. These alternatives and criteria were analyzed and evaluated by the experts (n=28) by using compare-contrast forms.Data obtained were analyzed through ELECTRE method and alternatives were put into order of priority considering the nature of the study. Functions were proposed for the alternatives and experts scored the functions proposed. Suitable functions for this marble quarry were determined by using ranking technique.
