Bu çalışmada Kütahya- Simav ilçesinde bulunan Eynal, Çitgöl ve Naşa jeotermal kaynaklarının emprenye maddeleri açısından incelenmesi ve bu kaynaklar ile emprenye edilmiş karaçam (Pinus nigra Arnold.) ve kızılçam (Pinus brutia Ten.) odunlarının bazı özelliklerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Deneyde emprenye maddesi olarak Eynal, Çitgöl, Naşa jeotermal sahasında bulunan kaynaklar kullanılmıştır. Ağaç malzeme olarak kızılçam ve karaçam ağaç türleri kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan örnekler jeotermal kaynakta uzun süreli daldırma yöntemi uygulanarak emprenye edilmiştir. Emprenye işlemi sonunda örnekler üzerinde absorpsiyon, net kuru madde miktarı, yoğunluk, rutubet, şişme, çekme, eğilme direnci, eğilmede elastikiyet ve liflere paralel basınç testleri yapılmıştır. Testlerin sonuçları istatistiksel anlamda değerlendirilmiş ve anlamlı sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Buna göre jeotermal akışkanlar ağaç malzemenin absorbsiyon ve net kuru madde miktarlarını önemli derecede artırırken, radyal yönde şişme, teğet yönde şişme, hacimsel şişme, radyal yönde çekme, teğet yönde çekme ve hacimsel çekme değerlerini azaltmıştır. Jeotermal akışkanlar eğilme direnci ve liflere parelel basma direnci değerlerini düşürmüştür. İstatistiksel olarak jeotermal kaynakların; yoğunluk, teğet yönde çekme ve eğilmede elastikiyet modülü üzerine etkileri önemsiz bulunmuş iken diğer özellikleri önemli derecede etkilemiştir. In this study, Kütahya's geothermal field in one of the each including a total of three geothermal resources which are Eynal, Çitgöl and Naşa, in terms of its impregnating material are aimed to examinate and search for some of the features of crimean pine(Pinus nigra Arnold.). and turkish red pine(Pinus brutia Ten.). which were impregnated. In the experiment, as the material simav Eynal region (E6), Çitgol (C-1), and Nasa (N-1) geothermal resources, and crimean pine (Pinus nigra Arnold.) and turkish red pine(Pinus brutia Ten.) woods were used.Wood samples prepared with geothermal water were Impregnated by applying immersion method separately. The geothermal water absorption, the Accordingly geothermal fluid absorption and clear wood material significantly increases the amount of dry matter, dry matter content, density, moisture, towing, swelling, bending strength, modulus of elasticity in bending and compression tests in parallel direction to the fibers were performed on the examples. The results of the tests were evaluated into statistical meaning and reached meaningful resaults. Accordingly, while geothermal fluids increase absorption and dry matter amount of wood material significantly, reduce the values of radial swelling, tangential swelling, volumetric swelling, radial tension, tangential shrinkage and volumetric shrinkage, then provide to increase performances. The geothermal decreased fluid bending strength and parallel compression strength. As statistics significant geothermal resources; density, tensile and flexural modulus of elasticity in the tangential direction on the effects have been negligible while, other properties significantly affected.
