Bu çalışma Eğirdir Gölü'nde su, sediment ve ekonomik su ürünleri türlerinin mevsimsel olarak ağır metal analizleri ile ekonomik su ürünleri türlerinde stres parametrelerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nisan 2013 ve Ocak 2014 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, su ve sediment örnekleri belirlenen 9 istasyondan alınmıştır. Su ve sediment kimyasal analizleri (Hg, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) ICP-MS ile, balıklarda ağır metal seviyelerinin tespiti (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) ICP-OES cihazı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Stres parametrelerinden lizozim aktivitesi difüzyon agar metodu, kortizol elektro kemiluminesans immunassay ve serum glukoz hekzokinaz yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Eğirdir Gölünden alınan su örneklerinde arsenik (As) dışında diğer ağır metal değerleri belirlenen limitlerin altında bulunurken, As içme suyunda kabul edilebilir değere yakın, sediment örneklerinde ise nikelin (Ni) dışında ölçülen ağır metal parametreleri kabul edilebilir değerlerin altında tespit edilmiştir. Sazan balığı (Cyprinus carpio), sudak balığı (Sander lucioperca), gümüşi havuz balığı (Carassius gibelio), gümüş balığı (Atherina boyeri) ve kerevit (Astacus leptodactlyus) örneklerinin solungaç, karaciğer ve kas dokularında ağır metallerden en yüksek seviyede çinko (Zn) ve bakır (Cu) elementleri belirlenmiştir. Stres parametrelerinden serum lizozim aktivitesi en yüksek sudak balığında, serum kortizol seviyesi en düşük kerevitte ve serum glukoz miktarı en fazla gümüşi havuz balığında tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Eğirdir Gölü su, sediment ve ekonomik değere sahip su ürünleri örneklerinde ağır metal analizleri ile ilgili yapılan ölçümlerde mevcut kriterler ve literatür ışığında yapılan değerlendirmelerde gölde ağır metal kirliliğinin bulunmadığı ve türler üzerinde strese neden olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. This study was conducted to determine seasonal changes of heavy metal levels in water, sediment and economic fishery species in Egirdir Lake, also it was obtained some stress parameters in the economic fishery species. Water and sediment samples were taken from 9 stations in the lake between April 2013 and January 2014. The heavy metal levels (Hg, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) and chemical analysis of water were carried out by ICP-MS. Heavy metal levels (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) of fish were analysed by ICP-OES method. Stress parameters; lysozyme activity of serum was obtained by using agar diffusion method, cortisol level was determined by electro chemiluminesans immunassay and also glucose level of blood measured by using hexokinase method. As a result of the study; heavy metal levels in lake water samples were found to be below the limited values except arsenic. The arsenic level was found to close acceptable limited value as drinking water. In the sediment samples, heavy metal levels obtained as below the acceptable parameter value except nickel. Among the heavy metal levels which measured in this study, the highest value obtained in the zinc and copper in gills, liver and muscle of fishery species; common carp (Cyprinus carpio), zander (Sander lucioperca), silver crucian carp (Carassius gibelio), sand smelt (Atherina boyeri) and crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus). In the stress parameters; the highest of lysozyme activity was obtained in zander, the lowest of cortisol level in crayfish and the highest glucose level found to be in silver crucian carp. It can be concluded that there is no heavy metal pollution in Egirdir Lake's water, sediment and main fishery species in regards of existing water quality criteria. And no marked stress responses relate to heavy metal pollution in the species.
