Bu tez çalışmasında, % 80 Polyester - %20 Viskon içeren, su jet (spunlace) teknolojisiyle üretilmiş farklı özelliklerdeki tek kullanımlık dokusuz yüzey kumaşların gramaj, kalınlık, kopma mukavemeti, % kopma uzaması ve hava geçirgenliği gibi fiziksel özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca, dokusuz yüzey üretim teknolojisine ait literatüre yer verilmiş, su jetli dokusuz yüzey teknolojisi hakkında detaylı inceleme yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada kullanılan numunelere ait veriler karşılaştırıldığında sonuç olarak, kullanım alanlarındaki seçimin daha doğru şekilde yapılmasıyla üretim maliyetlerinin azaltılarak, istenen fonksiyonlara sahip daha ucuz kumaşların üretilebileceği görülmüştür.
In this thesis study, physical conditions of disposable nonwoven surfaces manufactured spunlace water jet technology consisted of 80 % Polyester - 20% Viscose such as grams, thickness, tensile strength, elongation and air permeability have been observed. The literature of nonwoven surface manufacturing technology has also been mentioned in the study and detailed observations about nonwoven surface technology with water jet have been made. When the data related to the samples used in this study was observed, it was seen as a result that cheaper fabrics having demanded functions can be manufactured by making the decisions in the areas of use in a better way lessening the costs.
