Bu çalışma Akdeniz Su Ürünleri Araştırma Üretme ve Eğitim Enstitü Müdürlüğünde 49,86±0,009 gr ağırlığındaki çipura balıklarında iki aşamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Denemenin her iki aşamasında %45 protein ve %18 yağ içerikli kontrol yemi ile kontrol yemindeki balık unu proteininin %10 (KA10), %15 (KA15), %20 (KA20), %25 (KA25) ve %30 (KA30)'u yerine kanola küspesi proteinli yemler kullanılmış ve balıkların büyüme performansı ile yem değerlendirme tepkilerine göre kanola küspesinin optimum kullanım oranının belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Denemenin ikinci aşamasında ise deneme yemlerine %o4 oranında kromik oksit ilave edilerek besin madde sindirilebilirlik değerleri incelenmiştir. Deneme sonunda en iyi canlı ağırlık artışı kontrol grubunda (KA0) (79,21±2,25 g) görülmesine rağmen gruplar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak önemsiz bulunmuştur (p>0,05). Kontrol grubunu sırası ile KA30 (77,89±3,34 g), KA10 (77,29±2,26 g), KA25 (77,15±1,99 g), KA20 (76,46±2,66 g) ve KA15 (75,84±2,84 g) grupları takip etmiştir. Spesifik büyüme oranı ve canlı ağırlık artışı da benzer bir trend göstermiştir. Yem değerlendirme oranı (YDO) en düşük KA30 grubunda (4,54±0,1), en yüksek ise KA10 grubunda (5,31±0,2), protein etkinlik oranı (PEO) en yüksek KA30 grubunda, en düşük KA10 grubunda, prodüktif protein değeri (PPD) KA30 grubunda (0,318±0,02) ile en yüksek değerde tespit edilmiş ve gruplar arası farklılık anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Denemenin ikinci aşamasında besin maddelerinin sindirilebilirlik performanslarının belirlenmesinde kuru madde ile ham proteinin sindirilebilirliği kontrol grubunda en yüksek seviyede bulunurken en düşük KA10 grubunda elde edilirken, ham yağı en iyi sindirebilen KA30 grubu KA0 ve KA15 grubu ile benzerlik gösterirken diğer gruplardan farklı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). This study Mediterranean Fisheries Research Production and Training Institute of the Directorate 49.86 ± 0.009 g in weight in sea bream was carried out in two stages. Trial both phases of 45% protein and 18% fat with control diet control diet in the fish meal 10% (KA10), 15% (KA15), 20% (KA20), 25% (KA25) and 30% (KA30) instead of using canola meal protein baits and fish growth performance and feed conversion ratio sea bream according to the optimum use of canola meal in diets aimed to determine the rate. In the second stage of the experiment, the rate of o4% chromic oxide was added to fish diets digestible values were examined. At the end of the experiment the best live weight gain in the control group (79.21 ± 2.25 g) as a result of the analysis showed that despite insignificant differences were found between groups (p> 0.05). To the control group ordinary, respectively KA30 (77.89 ± 3.34 g), KA10 (77.29± 2.26 g), KA25 (77.15±1.99 g), KA20 (76.46±2.66 g ) and KA15 (75.84±2.84 g) groups were followed. Specific growth rate and weight gain also were similar trends. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) the lowest value in KA30 group (4.54±0.1) and the highest value in KA10 group (5.31±0.2); about of protein efficienct rate the highest KA30 group (0.52±0.01) an the lowest KA10 group (0.44±0.02); about of productive protein value the highest KA30 group (0.318±0.02) and the lowest KA25 group (0,185±0,07) were obtained and between the groups significant (p<0.05). Trial in the second phase of nutrients digestibility performance tries to determine dry matter and crude protein digestibility in the control group at the highest level while the lowest KA10 treatment group were determined and the difference between groups were significant and determined. Crude oil group KA0 KA30 and KA15 best digesting different from other groups were similar to the group (p<0,05).
