Bu çalışmada; Antalya Yivli Minare ve Camisi ile Antalya Aspendos Antik Tiyatrosu tarihi yapıları incelenmiştir. Tarihi eserler bir toplumun geçmişini anlatan en önemli kalıntılardır. Geçmiş yaşamları anlayabilmek için önemlidir. Tarihi eserlerden elde edilen veriler günümüzden binlerce yıl önce yaşamış bir toplum hakkında birçok bilgiye ulaşmamızda bize yardımcı olur. Geçmişe tanıklık yapmış tarihi eserlerin gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması için bu eserlerin korunması ve onarılması gerekir. Bu noktada zemin iyileştirmesi, restorasyon ve güçlendirme çalışmaları devreye girer. Tarihi eserin aslına uygun hale getirilmesi için yapılması gereken doğru çalışmayı kurallarına uygun bir şekilde yapmalıyız. Bilinçsizce yapılan onarımlar tarihi dokuya zarar vereceğinden yapılması uygun değildir. Eseri aslından çıkararak başka bir yapı haline getireceğinden gelecek nesillere de yanlış bilgiler aktarmış oluruz. Bu inceleme içeresinde söz konusu Tarihi yapıların tanımı; tarihi yapılarda kullanılan malzemeler ve özellikleri, tarihi yapılarda meydana gelen hasar incelenmiş ve zemin iyileştirmesi, restorasyon ve güçlendirme önerileri sunulmuştur. In this study , historical structures of the Minaret Yivli and its Mosque ,-Antalya- and Aspendos Ancient Theater -Antalya - have been observed. Historical artifacts are the most important ruins of a nation's past. And also they are important to understand of a nation's previous life. The knowledge,which obtained from the historical artifacts helps us to reach the information about the people who lived ages ago from now. In order to transfer the evidence of the historical artifacts' to the next generations, these artifacts are supposed to be protected andrestored. At this point , ground improvement, restoration and strengthening work are moved in. We must do properly the historical artifacts restoration to conform to the original one according to the work rules. Inappropriate restoration will harm historic texture. As it will destroy the original structure of historical artifact , we will deliver the wrong informations to the next generations. In this study definition of historical structures,materials and specifications,which are used in them, and damages, which occurred in historical structures have been observed. Ground improvement, restoration and strengthening have been suggested.
