This study was carried out to determination of the effects of Aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG; 100 ppm, 50+50 ppm) and Putrescine (PUT; 50+50 mM) fruit quality and harvest time of ‘Angeleno’ plum. For this purpose, treatments of AVG and PUT were applied 28 days before anticipated harvest single sprays and following that after 14 days two sprays for ‘Angeleno’. In general, applications of AVG and PUT (except PUT; 5mM+5mM two sprays) applications delayed the harvest time 3 days. In this study, it is determined that Fruit length (mm), fruit width (mm) weight had positive effects on the AVG and PUT applications. 10 mM PUT plum was increas fruit width by %5 compared to control. PUT (5+5 mM) was most efective application of fruit length (mm). It was increased fruit length the rate of %4. Fruit weight had positive effects on the AVG and PUT applications. Especially PUT applications supplied an increas in the rate of %3.5 (PUT 5+5 mM)-%9 (PUT 10 Mm) fruit weight. Both AVG and PUT sprayed fruits had significantly firmness than fruits of control and all aplications supplied an increased firmness in the rate of % 2 (PUT 5+5 mM) - % 11 (AVG 100 ppm) compared to control.AVG and PUT applications ‘Angelino’ fruit, delayed the changes fruit colours in during fruit ripening. The obstructive effect of all treatments on production of ethylene and respiration is clearer than control fruits. All treatments have been decreased rate of ethylene and respiratory. Applications of AVG and PUT had no significant effects on ascorbic acid and total phenolic compounds. Keywords: AVG, PUT, harvest time, quality of fruits, ‘Angeleno’, plum
