Gelişen inşaat sektörü içerisinde temel yapı malzemelerinden biri olan çimento geçmişten günümüze en yaygın kullanılan malzemeler arasında yer almaktadır. Çimentoya teknolojik bir alternatif geliştirilmediği için ülkemizde ve dünya da ekonomik açıdan da ayrı bir yere ve öneme sahiptir. Günümüzde farklı üretim teknikleri ve çeşitleri olan çimentonun tarihçesine bakıldığında antik çağlara kadar uzandığı bilinmektedir. Zaman içerisinde farklı yöntem ve katkı maddeler ile çeşitlendirilen çimento bir dizi üretim sürecinden geçmektedir. Bunlar hammaddenin temini, depolanması ve saklanması, klinkerin pişirilmesi, depolanması ve saklanması ve son olarak ambalaj ve sevk kısımlarından oluşur. İnşaat sektöründe büyük paya sahip olan çimento bir yandan ülke gelirine katkı sağlarken, bir yandan da çevresel etkileri, ekonomik rekabet oluşturması ve üretim sürecinde meydana gelen problemlerden dolayı üreticileri ve piyasayı sıkıntıya düşürmektedir. Çalışma, İç Anadolu bölgesinde yer alan çimento fabrikaları göz önünde bulundurularak fabrikalarının hammadde temininden satış aşamasına kadar geçen işlem basamaklarının yapılan anket çalışması ile değerlendirilmesini kapsamaktadır. 29 adet sorudan oluşan anket çalışması, fabrikaların üretim, satış, planlama ve kontrol bölümlerindeki yetkililer tarafından yanıtlanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar bilgisayar destekli istatistiki bir program olan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) programı ile değerlendirmiş ve elde edilen sayısal verilere göre her bir soru için memnuniyet düzeyi grafikler ile görselleştirilmiştir. Cement, as one of the most important structure material, is in the most common structures from past to present. It has a different place and importance in our country and world because of cement hasn't got a a technological alternative. Cement which has got different production styles and types in the present day, has a long history based on Ancient Ages. Cement which is diversified by different ways and addmixtures pass through a number of manufacturing process. These are procurement and storage of raw material; cooking, procurement and storage of clinker; and last package and shipping. Cement which has a big place in building trade, contributes to incomes of country; on the other hand it distress producers and market because of environmental effects, economic competition and problems in manifacturing process. The study contains survey working which evaluates factory's process steps from supplying raw material to sales phase about factories in Central Anatolia Region. The survey working which consists of 29 questions carried out with authorities who works in factory departments of manifactures, sales, plannig and control. Obtained results are evaluated with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) which is a computer supported statistical programme. According to obtained numeric datas, for every question, satisfaction level is visualized with graphs. Keywords: Cement, Central Anatolian Region, Produce.
