Elektrostatik lif çekim sisteminin temel prensibi nano boyutta lif üretimi sağlamak için, çoğunlukla, polimer çözeltisinin yüksek gerilim altında toplayıcı bir levha üzerinde toplanmasıdır. Bu yöntemle polimer, kompozit ve seramik nanolifler gibi çok farklı özelliklerdeki malzemeler üretilebilmektedir. Bu çalışma, farklı özellik ve geometrideki toplayıcı plakaların, elektrostatik lif çekim yöntemi ile nanolif üretimi üzerine etkilerinin anlaşılması amacına yönelik olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, elektrostatik lif çekim düzeneği ile birlikte kullanılması planlanan ilave toplayıcı aparat ve tertibatlar tasarlanması, imalatı ve bu sayede üretimde karşılaşılan problemlerin önüne geçilmesi ve daha işlevsel nanolif üretilmesi de amaçlanmıştır. Planlanan mekanizma ve tertibatların tasarım ve imalatı, yapılan çalışmalarda önemli kolaylıklar ve işlevsellikler sağlayacak niteliktedir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde farklı geometride toplayıcı plakaların tasarımı konusu irdelenmiş, ikinci aşamasında ise toplayıcı plakalar üzerinde nanolif yapıların elde edilebilirliği tartışılmıştır. The main principle of electrospinning is the nanofiber production heavily from polymer solution under high voltage application on to the grounded collector. By electrospinning method, nanofibers production with various materials such as polymers, polymers with additives and ceramics can be performed. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the effects of collectors with various material type and geometry on nanofiber production by electrospinning method. Other objectives of the study are to design and manufacture newly developed collector devices and apparatus towards electrospinning to overcome the problems which might be seen during electrospinning, and to produce more efficient and functional nanofiber structures. The design and manufacturing of the proposed mechanisms and equipments can be qualified as portable, efficient and convenient. In the first part of the study, design and manufacturing of newly developed collectors and in the second part nanofiber morphologies on various collectors were analyzed.
