Bu çalışma, 2014 yılı vejetasyon döneminde SDÜ Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü'ne ait elma anacı çoğaltma parselinde (stoolbed) yürütülmüştür. Denemede, farklı gelişme kuvvetine sahip 14 elma anacı (P.16, P.22, M.9, B.469, O.3, Mac.9, M.26, Pi.80, M.7, M.2, B.118, MM.111, M.25 ve A.2) yer almıştır. Anaçların kendi yapraklarında fenolik (gallik asit, ferulik, asit, p-kumarik asit, 4-hidroksibenzoik asit, phloridzin ve quersetin) ve mineral madde (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn ve Cu)içerikleri saptanmıştır.Yaprak örnekleri, temmuz ayı ortasında, sürgünlerin orta kısmından alınmıştır. Fenolik madde bileşenleri ve miktarları HPLC tekniği ile belirlenmiştir. Mineral madde miktarları ICP tekniği ile belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca anaçların yaprak rengi (L*a*b*), gövde çapı ve gövde kabuk kalınlığı saptanmıştır. Elma anaçlarının kendi yapraklarında, mineral ve fenolik madde içerikleri üzerine genotip etkisi önemlidir.Toplamda en yüksek makro element miktarı bodur Mac.9 ve B.469 anaçlarında bulunmuştur. Yarı kuvvetli M.2, bodur P.16 ve yarı bodur M.7 makro beslenmesi yüksek diğer anaçlardır.Kuvvetli MM.111 anacı ise toplamda en düşük makro element miktarına sahip olmuştur. Toplamda mikro element miktarı en yüksek yarı bodur M.26 ve Pi.80 anaçlarında; en düşük ise kuvvetli MM.25 anacında belirlenmiştir. Mikro beslenmesi yüksek diğer anaçlar ise bodur Mac.9, P.16 ve B.469'dur. Genelde Fe, Ca, Mg elementlerini bodur ve yarı bodur anaçlar daha fazla biriktirmişlerdir. Çalışmada, toplamda en yüksek fenolik madde içeriği yarı bodur M.26 ve kuvvetli M.2 anaçlarında görülmüştür. Bodur Mac.9 ve kuvvetli M.7 anaçları fenolik maddesi yüksek diğer anaçlar olmuştur. Toplamda en düşük fenolik madde içeriği ise bodur B.469 ve M.9 anaçlarında belirlenmiştir. Fenolik bileşenler ile büyüme kuvveti arasında bir ilişki görülmemiştir. This study was conducted in the apple rootstocks propagation parcel(stoolbed) which belongs to Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agricultural, Süleyman Demirel University during vegetation of 2014 year. The fourteen apple rootstocks with different growth habit (P.16, P.22, M.9, B.469, O.3, Mac.9, M.26, Pi.80, M.7, M.2, B.118, MM.111, M.25 ve A.2) were took place in the experiment. Phenolic (gallic acid, ferulic acid, p-coumaric acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, quercetin and phloridzin) and minerals (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn ve Cu) have been identified in rootstocks's leaves. The samples of leaves was taken the middle part of the shoots at the middle of July. The components and amounts of phenolic substance were identified by using HPLC method. The amounts of mineral substance was identified by using ICP method. The color of rootstocks' leaves(L*a*b*), trunk diameter and bark thickness, were also determined. It was observed that the genotype effect on the accumulation of minerals and phenolic content in their leaves of apple rootstocks were significant. The highest total amount of macro elements was determined in the rootstocks of dwarf Mac.9 and B.469. The rootstocks of semi-strong M.2, dwarf P.16 and semi-dwarf M.7 which have the high macro nutrition are the other rootstocks. The rootstock of vigorous MM.111 has the lowest amount of macro elements. It was also determined while semi-dwarf rootstocks of M.26 and Pi.80 have the highest total amount of micro elements, the rootstock of vigorous M.25 has the lowest total amount of micro elements. The other rootstocks with high micro nutrition are Mac.9, P.16 and B.49. In generally, the elemements of Fe, Ca and Mg are more in the dwarf and semi-dwarf rootstocks. In this study, we observed that the rootstocks of semi-dwarf M.26 and vigorous M.2 have the highest components of phenolic substance in the total. The other rootstocks with high phenolic substace are the rootstocks of dwarf Mac.9 and vigorous M.7. On the other hand, it was observed that the rootstocks of dwarf B.49 and M.9 have the lowest total components of phenolic substance.
