Bu tez çalışmasında, kısmi en küçük kareler yöntemi (PLS), kozmetik deki Pb2+, Cd2+ ve Cu2+'nin aynı anda miktar tayinlerine hiç bir ayırma işlemi kullanmaksızın başarıyla uygulanmıştır ve bu yöntemler UV Görünür Alan Spektroskopisi yöntemlerinden elde edilen veriler kemometrik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kemometrik yöntemlerin validasyonu için, Pb2+ için 0,10-0,50 μg/mL derişim aralığında, Cd2+ 0,10-0,90 μg/mL ve Cu2+ için 0,10–0,50 μg/mL derişim aralığında bileşikleri içeren 16 adet karışımdan oluşan kalibrasyon (derişim) seti, hidroklorik asit içerisinde hazırlandı. Kalibrasyon setinin 400- 800 nm aralığında absorpsiyon spektrumu kaydedildi. Kalibrasyon seti ve bu sete karşılık 400–800 nm aralığında elde edilen absorpsiyon verileri arasındaki ilişkiden yararlanılarak üç kemometrik kalibrasyon oluşturuldu. PCR ve PLS yöntemlerinin validasyonu, Pb2+, Cd2+ ve Cu2+ içeren sentetik karışımların analiziyle gerçekleştirildi. Anahtar Kelimeler: kozmetik, metal, spektrofotometre, PCR, PLS, UV, Kemometri
In this thesis, three different chemometric calibration methods principle component analysis (PCA), partial least square (PLS) and principal component regression (PCR) were successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of Pb2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+ in cosmetic preparations without using any separation step.The data of UV-Visible Spectroscopy applied to the chemometric calculations. For the validation of this chemometric metot, a calibration set of 16 ternary mixtures containing compounds in the working range of 0,10-0,50 μg/mL for Pb2+ , 0,10 - 0,90 μg/mL for Cd2+ and 0,10-0,50 μg/mL for Cu2+ was prepared in hydro chloric acid. Calibration sets 400-800 nm range absorption spectra were recorded. Three chemometric calibrations were constructed by using the relationship between the calibration set and its corresponding absorption data obtained in the range 400-500 nm.
