Bu tez çalışmasında ülkemizde ve dünyada sıkça kullanılan püskürtme beton maliyetinin yaklaşık yöntemlerle hesaplanması araştırılmıştır. Püskürtme betonun maliyetine; uygulama yüzeyi, boşluk oranı, çevre sıcaklığı, malzeme ve işçilik maliyeti, makine ve ekipman giderleri, nakliye ve zemin etkileri gibi birçok faktör etki etmektedir. Ayrıca püskürtme betonun geri sekme vb. faktörlerden dolayı tam olarak maliyetinin hesaplanması mümkün olamamaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında püskürtme betonun farklı uygulama ve amaçlar yaklaşık maliyetinin hesaplanması amaçlanmıştır. Püskürtme betonun maliyetini etkileyen parametrelerin maliyete olan etkisini değerlendirebilmek için yazılım C# ile Microsoft Visual Studio ortamında bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir. Programdan elde edilen veriler, sektörde yapılmış örnek çalışma ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada hazırlanan bilgisayar programının hem sahada yapılan örneklerle uyumlu olduğu hem de Bakanlığın birim fiyat analizine çok yakın sonuçlar verdiği tespit edilmiştir. In this thesis study, the calculation of the cost of gunned concrete which is commonly used in Turkiye and in the world is searched through rough methods. The cost of gunned concrete is affected by many factors such as the surface of application, voit ratio, temperature of the environment, cost of the equipment and labour, transport, the cost of machine and equiment and effect of the ground. It is impossible to calculate the total cost because of rebound of shotcrete and many other factors. In this thesis study, it is aimed to calculate the approximate cost of shotcrete for different applications and different purposes. A computer based programme is developed in the setting of Microsoft Visual Studio and software C# to evaluate the effect of parameters’ cost that affect the cost of gun shotcrete. Data that acquired from the programme are compared with sample study done in the sector. As a result it is found out that the programme developed is in accordance with the samples done in the area and gives similar results with the analysis of the bill of quantities of Ministry.
