İmplant; insan vücudu içerisine yerleştirilen, bir doku veya organın işlevini yerine getiren yapay cisimlere denir. Doğuştan gelen hastalıklar, kanser, travma, kaza vb. sebeplerle hastalarda kemik yapısı bozukluklarını tedavi etmek için bu bölgelere implant takılmaktadır. İmplantlar çok değişik yöntemler ile imal edilmektedir. Günümüzde Eklemeli İmalat yöntemi ile birçok alanda çeşitli metal tozları kullanılarak klasik imalat yöntemleri ile imal edilemeyecek kadar karmaşık geometride olan parçaların imalatı yapılabilmektedir. Bu çalışma insan ve tüm canlılarda kullanılabilecek geçişli gözenekli implant ile ilgilidir. İmplantın tasarımı, silindirik/düzlemsel biçimde dış ve iç bölge şeklinde çizilmiştir. İki bölge birbirine bağlı olacak şekilde tek parça olarak tasarlanmıştır. Dış bölgede mikro düzeyde yarım küresel/eliptik gözenekler oluşturulmuştur. Mikro gözenekler içerisinde gelişen hücreler ikinci bölge olan hücre gelişim kanalları aracılığı ile iç bölgeye doğru gelişim gösterecek şekilde çizilmiştir. İç bölgede ise hücre gelişim kanallarından içeriye doğru gelişim gösteren hücrelerin rahatça canlı yaşamını sağlayacak şekilde gözeneklilik sağlanmıştır. Bu yapı sayesinde kemik-implant ara yüzünde güçlü ve uzun ömürlü doku bağı oluşması amaçlanmıştır. En uygun gözenek modelini bulmak için sonlu elemanlar analizi ve mekanik deneyler yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz ve test sonuçları ile birim modellerin dayanım, toplam yer değiştirme değerleri elde edilmiş ve elastisite modülleri hesaplanmıştır. Uzman görüşü yöntemi ile numunelerin parametre ağırlık oranları karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Hesaplama sonucuna göre en uygun gözenek modeli belirlenmiştir. Eklemeli imalat yöntemlerinden Doğrudan Metal Lazer Sinterleme (DMLS) ile Ti6Al4V toz malzemeden çekme, basma, çentik darbe ve sertlik testleri yapılmıştır. Buradan elde edilen sonuçlar sunulmuş, bulgular grafikler ile anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca farklı işleme parametreleri ile imal edilen deney numunelerin mikro yapıları metalografik incelemeye tabi tutulmuşlardır. Deney sonuçlarından dayanım ve darbe direnci açısından en uygun işleme parametresi ile tam dolu ve geçişli gözenekli implantlar DMLS tezgâhında imal edilmiştir. Daha sonra deney hayvanı koyunun kafatasına implantlar yerleştirilmiştir. Tam dolu ve gözenekli implant ile kemik etkileşimi arasında hücre gelişimi incelenmiş olup kemiğin büyümesi gözlemlenmiştir. Today, pieces having complicated geometric shapes which can never be manufactured by traditional manufacturing processes are now manufactured quickly with additive manufacturing techniques by using different metal powders in many fields. This study is concerned with a transitive porous implant that can be used on humans and all living things. The design of the implant is drawn in the cylindrical / planar form as the outer and inner regions. The two zones are designed as a single piece, which will be interdependently. In the outer region, half spherical / elliptical pores are formed at the micro level. Cells developing in micro pores are drawn in such a way as to develop towards the inner region through cell growth channels that are the second region. In the inner region, porosity is ensured in such a way that the cells that develop inward from the cell growth channels provide a comfortable life. Thanks to this structure, it is aimed to create a strong and long lasting tissue bond on interface of bone-implant. To find the best model of pore, mechanical experiments and finite elements analysis are carried out. Tension and total replacement values of unit models are obtained by the analysis and test results, so modulus of elasticity are calculated. The parameter weight ratios of the samples are compared with the expert opinion method. According to the results of the calculations, the most appropriate model of pore is determined. Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and Ti6Al4V (from powdered material) tensile, compression, notch impact and hardness tests are performed from the articulated manufacturing methods. The results obtained from these experiments are presented and the findings are shown on the graphsics. The micro internal structures of the test samples manufactured with different parameters are examinated metallographic. According to the results of the experiments, implants of full filled and transitive porous are manufactured on DMLS by the most appropriate parameters in terms of impact resistance and strength. Then, the implants are placed into the skull of sheep which is the experimental animal. The development of the cell between full filled and porous implant and bone interaction is analyzed and the growth of bone is observed.
