Bu çalışmada, Isparta ilinde arazi toplulaştırması yapılan alanlardaki tarım işletmelerinin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın ana materyalini; Isparta ili Merkez ilçeye bağlı Bozanönü köyü ve Kuleönü kasabası; Keçiborlu ilçe merkezi; Gönen ilçesi Güneykent kasabası ve Gümüşgün mahallesi ile Şarkikaraağaç ilçesi Çiçekpınar kasabasındaki toplam 65 adet tarım işletmesinden anket yöntemi ile elde edilen birincil veriler oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri 2012 yılı üretim dönemine aittir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, toplam aile gelirinin %71.34'ünü tarımsal gelir, %28.66'sını ise tarım dışı gelir oluşturmaktadır. İşletmelerde toplam gayrisafi üretim değeri (44.273.33 TL) içerisinde en büyük payı bitkisel üretim değeri (%98.12) almaktadır. Üretim masraflarının (33.365.46 TL) %46.41'ini sabit masraflar, %53.59'unu ise değişken masraflar oluşturmuştur. Değişken masrafların içerisinde en büyük payı hasat masrafları (%19.04) almaktadır. İşletme başına ortalama brüt kar 26.393.90 TL, mutlak kar 10.907.87 TL, nispi kar ise 1.32 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bölgede toplulaştırma çalışmalarının iyileştirilebilmesi için; tarımsal işletmelerde toplulaştırma ile ilgili gerekli eğitim yayım çalışmalarının yaygınlaştırılması ve arttırılması, toplulaştırma çalışmaları yapılırken kapalı sulama sistemleri de sisteme entegre edilerek işletmelerin tamamının modern sulama sistemlerinden yararlanmasının sağlanması, işletme ölçeklerinin büyütülmesine dönük politikaların geliştirilmesi, toplulaştırma çalışmaları ile ilgili farkındalığını artırmaya yönelik bölgesel ve ülkesel çapta politikaların izlenmesi yarar sağlayabilecektir.
The economic analysis of the farms in the consolidated land in Isparta was performed in this study. The main material of the study has built, where land consolidation work was completed between 1998 and 2011 in Isparta province; Bozanönü village and Kuleönü township of Isparta province; Keçiborlu district center; The town of Gönen, the town of Güneykent and the neighborhood of Gümüşgün; Şarkikaraağaç town Çiçekpınar town for this purpose total of 65 farms were selected according to scientific sampling method to have a data set obtained through survey. The data set belonged to 2012 production year. Results indicated that non-agricultural income of farms was 28.66% and agricultural income was 71.34% of the total family income. The maximum share in the gross production value belonged to crop production value (98.12%) of the farms. The 46.41% of total production costs (33.365.46 TL) were fixed costs whereas 53.59% of the costs were variable costs. Harvesting costs had the highest share (19.04%) in the variable costs. Average gross profit per farm was 26.393.90 TL, absolute profit was amounted to be 10.907.87 TL and relative profit was calculated as 1.32. In order to enhance the outcome of the land consolidation studies: it should be concentrated on the education level and agricultural extension studies regarding the land consolidation of agricultural farms; it is necessary to integrate pressure irrigation system for benefiting all of the farms from the modern irrigation systems while land consolidation is performed, it should be consider increasing the farm scale in the agricultural policies and it should be increase awareness about land consolidation on either regional or national scale in the policy developments.
