Bu çalışmada Pirinç Biti Sitopilus oryzae'nin malathion ve deltmethrin'e karşı oluşturduğu direnç oranları laboratuvar şartlarında araştırılmıştır. Her insektisit için en duyarlı popülâsyona göre direnç oranları belirlenmiştir. Konya, Manisa, İzmir ve Samsun illerinden toplanan popülasyonlar arasında malathion'a en dirençli popülasyon 8.4 kat direnç ile Konya K2 popülasyonu olmuştur. Samsun S2 ve İzmir İ1 popülasyonları sırasıyla 5.0 ve 4.6 kat direnç ile Konya K2 popülasyonunu takip etmektedir. Deltamethrin'e en dirençli popülasyon 34.8 kat direnç ile yine Konya K2 popülasyonu olmuştur. Samsun S2 ve S1 popülasyonları ise sırasıyla 11.8 ve 7.1 kat direnç ile ikinci ve üçüncü sırada yer almaktadır. Konya K2 popülasyonu tüm popülasyonlar içerisinde hem malathion'a hem de deltamethrin'e çok daha yüksek direnç göstermiştir. Bu durum iki insektisite karşı S. oryzae'nin çoklu direnç oluşturduğunu göstermektedir. İki insektisit karşılaştırıldığında popülasyonlar arasında deltamethrin direncinin daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. In this study, resistance rates of Sitophilus oryzae to insecticides, malathion and deltamethrin, were investigated under laboratory conditions. For each insecticide the resistance rates were determined according to the most sensitive population. Among the populations collected from Konya, Manisa, İzmir and Samsun provinces, the most resistant population to malathion was Konya K2 population with 8.4 times resistance. The Samsun S2 and İzmir İ1 populations follow the Konya K2 population with 5.0 and 4.6 times resistance, respectively. The most resistant population to deltamethrin was Konya K2 population with 34.8 times resistance. The Samsun S2 and S1 populations are in the second and third place with 11.8 and 7.1 fold resistance, respectively. Konya K2 population showed much higher resistance to both malathion and deltamethrin in all populations. This indicates that S. oryzae multiple-resistance between the two insecticides. When two insecticides was compared, it was seen that the deltamethrin resistance was higher among the populations.
