Bu çalışmada, sera domatesi yetiştiriciliğinde farklı yaprak budama tekniklerinin verim ve meyve kalitesi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Vitellio F1 sırık domates çeşidi kullanılarak 6 farklı budama şekli 3 tekerrürlü olarak denenmiştir. 1. Budama şekli (Kontrol) : Yetiştirme periyodu boyunca bitkiden hiç yaprak alınmamıştır. 2. Budama şekli: Hasada gelen salkımın altındaki yapraklar alınmış üstündeki yapraklar ise budanmamıştır. 3. Budama şekli: 1. Salkım kızarmaya başladığında 3. salkıma kadar ara yapraklar alınıp, salkımların karşısındaki yapraklar bırakılmıştır. İkinci salkım kızardığında ise 4. salkıma kadar aynı uygulama yapılıp, çalışma bu şekilde devam ettirilmiştir. 4. Budama şekli: 1. Salkım kızarmaya başladığında 3. salkıma kadar ki iki ara yapraktan üstte olan alınıp, salkımların karşısındaki yapraklar bırakılmıştır. 2. salkım kızardığında ise 4. salkıma kadar aynı uygulama yapılmış ve çalışma üst salkımlar için de bu şekilde devam ettirilmiştir. 5. Budama şekli: 4 numaralı budama şeklinden tek farkı iki salkım arasındaki iki yapraktan alttaki yaprağın budanmasıdır. 6. Budama şekli: 1. Salkımın meyveleri ceviz büyüklüğünde iken 1. salkımın altındaki yapraklar alınmıştır. 1. Salkım kızarmaya başladığında 3. salkıma kadar olan tüm yaprakları alınıp, 2. salkım kızarmaya başladığında ise 4. salkıma kadar aynı uygulamalar yapılmış ve çalışma bu şekilde devam ettirilmiştir. Ayrıca 2-3-4-5-6 numaralı budama modellerinde hasadı bitmiş salkımın altındaki yaprakların tamamı alınmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre kontrol parselinden en yüksek toplam verim, en iyi dış görünüm, en düşük erkenci verim, en düşük yaprak indeksi ve en zayıf renk değerleri sonuçlarına ulaşılmış olup, 6 numaralı parselden en yüksek erkenci verim ve en düşük ortalama meyve ağırlığı değerleri elde edilmiştir. Meyve kalite parametreleri açısından ise en yüksek değerler 4 ve 5 numaralı parsellerden elde edilmiştir.
In this study, effects of different leaf pruning techniques on yield and fruit quality of greenhouse tomato cultivation were investigated. The indeterminate tomato variety Vitellio F1, was tested in 6 different pruning modes with 3 replications. 1. Pruning pattern (Control): No leaves were pruned during the growing period. 2. Pruning pattern: The leaves beneath the mature trusses were pruned and the leaves above them were not pruned. 3. Pruning pattern: When the first truss begins to mature, the leaves are pruned until the third truss, leaving leaves across the Truss. When the second truss begins to mature, the same application was applied as much as the fourth truss and the study was continued in this way. 4. Pruning pattern: When the first truss begins to mature, it is pruned from the upper part of the two intermediate leaves as much as the third truss and leaving leaves across the truss. When the second truss began to mature, the same procedure was applied as in the fourth cycle and the study was continued in this way. 5. Pruning pattern: Only the difference from pruning pattern 4 is pruning of the bottom leaves between the two trusses. 6. Pruning pattern: When the fruits of the first truss reached the size of the walnut, the leaves under the first truss were removed. When the first truss began to mature, all the leaves as much as the third truss were taken, and when the second truss started, the same applications as the fourth truss were made and the study was continued in this way. In addition, in the pruning models 2-3-4-5-6, all the leaves under the harvested bunch were taken. According to these results, the highest total yield, highest appearance, lowest early yield, lowest leaf index and lowest color values were obtained from the control plot and highest early yield and lowest average fruit weight values were obtained in the number 6 plot. In terms of fruit quality parameters, the highest values were obtained from parcels numbered 4 and 5.
