Bu tez çalışmasında, çimento içeren sistemleri (hamur, harç, beton) etkin şekilde akışkanlaştırmak amacıyla tasarlanan farklı çapraz bağ oranına sahip mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA süperakışkanlaştırıcılarının sentezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca, çimento esaslı sistemin reolojik davranışı 3 farklı model (Bingham, MB ve HB) yaklaşımıyla karşılaştırmalı incelenerek, bulgular tartışılmıştır. Bu araştırmaların sonucunda; FTIR spektrumlarında C=O , C-H , C=C ve C-O gerilme şiddetlerindeki küçük artışlar ve bantlarda oluşan pik sayısının artışı ile sentezlenen çapraz bağlı süperakışkanlaştırıcılardaki çapraz bağ oluşumunu kanıtlar niteleliktedir. GPC sonuçlarına bakıldığında, çapraz bağlı olmayan SA için molekül ağırlığı değerlerinin daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Polimer yapısında çapraz bağlanmanın oluşu ile molekül ağırlığının azaldığı ifade edilebilir. Ayrıca çapraz bağ miktarının artışı polimerizasyonun kontrol edilebilirliğini azaltmaktadır. Heterojenlik indekslerine bakıldığında, en kontrollü polimerizasyonun çapraz bağlı olmayan süperakışkanlaştırıcı olan SA üretiminde gerçekleşmektedir (PDI: 1.21). Adsorpsiyon sonuçları çapraz bağlı olmayan polimerin yüksek oranda çimento yüzeyine adsorplandığını göstermiştir. Çapraz bağlı mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA süperakışkanlaştırıcı katkı ilavesinin çimento hamurunun priz başlangıç ve bitiş süresini bir miktar arttırmaktadır. Çapraz bağ oranındaki ufak değişimlerin ise, priz başlama ve bitiş süresini etkilememektedir. Çapraz bağlı polikarboksilat bazlı SA'lar ile hazırlanan çimento hamurlarının reolojik davranışının üç model parametresi içeren Herschel-Bulkley modeli ile incelenebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA polimerlerinin kayma kalınlaşması (n>1) davranışına neden olmaktadır. HB modeli parametrelerine göre, çapraz bağ oranı arttıkça eşik kayma gerilimi ve kıvam faktörü azalmaktadır. Çapraz bağın varlığının kayma kalınlaşması davranışının şiddetini bir miktar azaltabileceği ve zamana bağlı olarak bu şiddetin yapıda oluşan hidratasyon ürünleri ile özellikle çapraz bağlı SA içeren sistemde azaldığı akış indeksi değerlerinden anlaşılmıştır. Reolojik parametreler (τ0, K, n) ve efektif viskozite değerleri birlikte incelendiğinde, ÇBSA2 katkılı sistem (su/çimento: 0.31) için optimum süperakışkanlaştırıcı dozu % 0.3 (çimento kütlesine göre) olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca farklı su/çimento oranlarında hazırlanan, % 0.3 dozunda ÇBSA2 katkılı çimento hamurları için optimum su/çimento oranının 0.31 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tüm bu sonuçlar, çimento esaslı sisteminlerde faz ayrışmasının olmadığı ve sistemin hem akışkan (taze) hal hem de katı (sertleşmiş) hal özelliklerinin en üst seviyede gerçekleşebileceği değerler baz alınarak belirlenmiştir. In this thesis, the synthesis of mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA superplasticizers with different cross-linking ratios designed to fluidize effectively cement-containing systems (dough, mortar, concrete) was carried out. In addition, the rheological behavior of the cement based system was investigated comparatively with three different models (Bingham, MB and HB) and the findings were discussed. As a result of these investigations; There is evidence of cross-linking in the cross-linked superplasticizers synthesized by small increases in the C = O, C-H, C = C and C-O stretch intensities in the FTIR spectra and an increase in the number of peaks in the bands. GPC results show that the molecular weight values for non-cross-linked SA are higher. The formation of cross-linking in the polymer structure can be said to decrease the molecular weight. In addition, increasing the amount of crosslinking reduces the controllability of the polymerization. Given the heterogeneity indices, the most controlled polymerisation occurs in the production of non-cross-linked superplasticizer SA (PDI: 1.21). The adsorption results show that the non-cross-linked polymer is adsorbed to the cement surface at high ratios. Crosslinked mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA superplasticizer improves the start and finish times of the cement paste in the addition of additives. Minor changes in the cross-linking ratio do not affect the start and end times of the set. The rheological behavior of cement pastes prepared with cross-linked polycarboxylate-based SPs was concluded by the Herschel-Bulkley model with three model parameters. Causes the shear thickening (n>1) behavior of mPEGA-PPGDMA-MAA polymers. According to the HB model parameters, the threshold shear stress and the consistency factor decrease as the cross-linking ratio increases. The presence of cross-linking reduces the severity of the shear-thickening behavior and, depending on the time, it is understood that this intensity is reduced by structurally occurring hydration products and especially by reduced flow index values in systems containing cross-linked SP. When the rheological parameters (τ0, K, n) and effective viscosity values were examined together, the optimum superplasticizer dosage for the CBSA2 added system (water / cement: 0.31) was found to be 0.3 % (based on cement mass). In addition, it was determined that the optimum water / cement ratio for cement paste with CBSA2 added 0.3 % in different water / cement ratios is 0.31. All these results are based on the assumption that there is no phase separation in the cementitious system and that both the fluid (fresh) state and solid (hardened) state properties of the system can be achieved at the highest level.
